The grapes for this sparkling are sourced from high elevation areas throughout Spain. Don Piere offers a crystal clear pale yellow color, small and abundant bubbles of great finesse and elegance. Reverdy Jean Sancerre Rouge is mader from 100% Pinot Noir

The wine is spicy and juicy with cherry aromas, and proves the point that power is not necessary for a fine wine.

This non vintage wine sparkles to the tune of a well balanced blend; predominantly 3 year old Shiraz aged in old French oak barrels allowing wonderful smooth integration of fruit and a rich weighty texture across the palate. This is blended with a touch of younger vintage Shiraz to bring ripe juicy varietal fruit characters to the finished wine.
Deep crimson color with brick red mousse and a fine bead. The aroma displays ripe plums, earthy notes and spice. Mouthfilling flavors of plums and prunes with hints of liquorice. Soft, creamy with a persistent cherry, chocolate and spice finish.




 

Inviting aromas of mint, marshmallow and Asian pear pull you into this drink. Surprisingly dry, this Nigori (cloudy) style sake has a rich, chewy texture. Yellow straw‐colored, medium low intensity. Pungent, delicate and complex, with clear almonds notes and autolysis. The mouth is slightly soft, wityhout being sweet, the palate is round and fat with an excellent structure, volume and character but at the same time, the wine is still very fresh and saline. Long finish for this persistent wine.

As aperitif, while cooking, and accompanying the whole meal with it. It is ideal matching seafood and products of saline flavour and with acidity.

Luis XIV Vino Noble is a naturally sweet red wine, made from very late Monastrell harvests. All of its sugar and alcohol comes from the grape itself and has been subjected to a long aging in semi-new American oak barrels. In the mouth it is very intense, sweet without cloying, with aromas of stewed plums and a very long finish of spicy oak wood. RATING: Noble Alicante sweet wine

Pierre Olivier Brut Vin Mousseux NV is made from 100% Airen.

A value sparkling brut, made with Airen grapes from around the French/Spanish border (next to the Pyrenees). This is a new Kysela Project.

The bubbles are obtained using the Charmat method, named after Eugene Charmat, where the second fermentation takes places in a large, closed pressurized tank. It is different from the Methode Champanoise as the secondary fermentation doesn't take place in the bottle.

Ricudda IGT Toscana Canaiolo is made from 100% Sangiovese.

Intense ruby red with purple tints. Aromas of flowers and berries accompanied by sweet spices. Fresh and easy to drink, with intense fruity notes.

To be combined with first and second courses based on meat, cold cuts, vegetables and fresh cheeses.

First courses with game, grilled meats, fresh and aged cheeses such as pecorino.

Romariz Fine Ruby Port is aged in oak for three years. Fruit and pepper character, well balanced, and ample body

Romariz Pink Port is from a blend of red grapes port is the beautiful deep pink color extracted. Then rose postage, like white port, vinified without the skins. Despite Romariz not the Fonseca label bears, this port by a team led by David Guimaraens. The grapes after pressing 7 days sur lie cold fermented. This slow fermentation, which lasts twice as long as usual, brings a delicious berry hurry up and crisp, bright and airy style that is so characteristic of Romariz Pink Rose Port.

Aromatic fruit aromas of raspberries and currants with floral tones. Full, fruity taste with ripe cherries and raspberries and notes of honey and of course grapes. Modern, bright and airy style.

Romariz Pink Rose Port is a delicious appetizer with a lump of ice, but can also be combined well with fruit desserts. Furthermore, this port is an interesting combination as long drink with tonic and a slice of lemon.
