Trouillet Lebeau Pouilly Fuisse Premier Cru Pouilly 2021 is made from 100% Chardonnay.
This wine, now sold under the Premier Cru Pouilly AOC, is not new to our portfolio. This wine used to be called “Coeur de Pouilly” and it was the estate's latest Pouilly-Fuissé cuvée. Starting with the 2021 vintage, this climat is now officially classified as Premier Cru !
It comes from the best plots located in the heart of the appellation and aged in oak barrels. The wine shows a pale yellow color with deep golden highlights, an aromatic and complex nose with fruity (fresh almond, apricot) and floral (violet) notes. Powerful and fleshy in the mouth, it reveals notes of lime trees, cinnamon, honey and has a good aromatic persistence.
Enjoy it with poultry, such as Poulet de Bresse (blue-footed chicken) or with strong fish, such as pike or bass.
Trouillet Lebeau Pouilly-Loche Les Mures is made from 100% Chardonnay.
Pouilly Loché is the smallest appellation in the Mâconnais (33 hectares). The climate called "Les Mures" is located on a hillside, facing east, overlooking the Saône Valley at an altitude of 250 meters, in the village of Loché, 5 kilometers south-east of Mâcon. Loché has been a site devoted to vines since the Roman times. Excavations during the construction of the TGV station, which puts this vineyard 1 hour 40 minutes from Paris and Geneva, revealed the foundations of a large villa. Thereafter, the vine flourished under the influence of the monks of Cluny, who are reminded of the magnificent 12th century octagonal bell tower behind which the rocks of Solutré and Vergisson stand out.
The wine offers delicate and precise aromas of ripe yellow fruits. Dense, fleshy and fruity in the mouth with a fresh menthol finish.
Trouillet Lebeau Pouilly-Vinzelles Les Quarts is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.
The wine comes from a very small parcel located in the climate of "Les Quarts" benefiting from an eastern exposure that is perfectly suited to Chardonnay, allowing early harvests and giving rich and powerful wines. Neighboring the archaeological complex of Solutré, the Vinzelles appellation is based on the same Jurassic (Bathonian and Bajocian) rocks that crown the Mâconnais mountains.
Rich aromas of peach, apricot and grapefruit, evolving with age towards fresh almond, hazelnut, honey, quince or toasted bread. This Pouilly-Vinzelles "Les Quarts" balances its natural minerality with fatness and opulence.

Winemaker Notes
This Bordeaux style blend was left on the vine to mature to its peak before it was hand harvested and hand sorted. It underwent a cold maceration for 5 days before fermentation. Extended skin contact rounds out the palate and integrates the rich tannins. Finally, it aged in French oak barrels for 18 months prior to bottling for a round and smooth finish.

This wine is made from 100% estate-grown fruit. Our vines are sheltered in the foothills of Carter’s Mountain in the Monticello American Viticultural Area (AVA).
Trump Winery New World Reserve is made from 53% Merlot, 32% Cabernet Franc, 8% Petit Verdot and 7% Malbec.

Grand Cru Clos des Hospices is located in Grand Cru Les Clos and produces outstanding wines, opulent and generous.
Vinification Methods: Grand Cru Clos des Hospices dans Les Clos parcel is handpicked, like all our 1ers Crus and Grands Crus. We generally start picking in Grands Crus parcels first because the grapes ripen earlier thanks to their ideal exposure. We vinified Grand Cru Clos des Hospices dans Les Clos in stainless steel tanks for both alcoholic fermentation, activated with natural yeast for 15-18 days at low temperature (18°C) and malolactic fermentation, thanks to natural bacteria at 20°C for a few months.
Aging Methods: From vintage 2013, Louis decided that our monopole Grand Cru Clos des Hospices dans Les Clos will age only in tank, on fine lees, with minimum intervention, to let it express all its minerality and purity. Just before bottling, the cuvee will go through a light filtration and bottling. Generally, the bottling takes place 18-20 months after harvest.
Tasting notes: Grand Cru Clos des Hospices is located within Les Clos and it produces exceptional wines, displaying great generosity. Its nose is full and expressive, with a nice minerality that we find again in the mouth, confirmed by an elegant length in the finish.

Avennia Sestina Red Blend is made from 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Franc.
The Sestina is a poetic form from Medieval France. Just as a contemporary poet can use an old form like the Sestina to express modern ideas, we use the traditional Bordeaux blend to make modern wines that express Washington fruit. Sestina is our vision for an old vine blend where the focus is on structure, balance, and complexity. This wine is designed for the cellar, but is enjoyable now.
Sestina: This wine is a blockbuster, with black currant, black raspberry, saddle leather, freshly tilled earth, vanilla, and violet on the nose. Exceedingly rich and balanced on the palate, with great poise and structure for long aging. The finish echoes with fresh black fruits, minerally touches, and floral notes.

The 2021 ‘Sestina’ is a gorgeous blend of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon with smaller parts Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Needing about 30 minutes in the decanter to fully unwind, this yields beautiful black florals that mingle well with wet stone, Black Forest Cake and suggestions of huckleberry with garrigue notes. The palate is soft and refined with a silky texture and beautiful sense of elegance and weight. This is seamless throughout the drinking experience, loaded with black fruit flavors with dark chocolate shavings and suggestions of underbrush. Refined tannins frame this stunning heavyhitter of a Cabernet that is already drinking beautifully now at the three year mark. Savor this beauty now and over the next fifteen to twenty years.

"The book end to the Right Bank-inspired Valery, this is the Left Bank-inspired wine which blends 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot and 9% Cabernet Franc. Sourced from old vine Bacchus, Dionysus, Red Willow and DuBrul grapes, it’s given the rock star treatment with 21 months in 50% new French oak.
