Bright deep ruby color, with spicy aromas reminiscent of red pepper, pepper and slight sensations of licorice.
In the mouth we can again find the typicity in its spicy flavors, balanced tannins, fresh, vibrant acidity and good volume.
Persistent, complex finish, with the authentic characteristics of a great Cabernet Franc.

The Jeio line is inspired by the influential Desiderio Bisol, whose wife lovingly referred to him as Jeio. The father of the current generation of Bisol, Desiderio was dedicated to product quality, acquiring only the steepest plots. While considerably more difficult to work, these plots are ideal for vine cultivation. As a result of his vision, the Glera cultivated in these vineyards is especially rich in malic acid, making the final wine more dynamic and evolved. Glera sourced for the Prosecco Brut comes from vineyards in the DOC area just outside Valdobbiadene, taking advantage of the altitude and unique character.

A fresh and lively Prosecco with lots of lemon and lime character, as well as spiced pears. Medium body, lovely fruit and a fresh finish. Bottled in 2018. Drink now.

Vinhão (also known as Souzao or Sousao) is a Portuguese wine grape used in the production of port wine. While originating in the Minho regions, it is used primarily in Australia, California and South Africa. In Portugal, it is also an authorized planting in the Douro, and Dão-Lafões area (Vinho do Dão). The grape is known for the very deep color it produces in a wine as well as its coarse and raisiny taste.

Cassis, blackberry and cherry. White pepper, ground herbs and the strong floral perfume of crushed violets. Light and elegant, but structured with fresh acidity.

40% Whole bunch ferment in small open vats. 60% destemmed and fermented in a 5000 ltr wooden fermenter with gentle pigeage (punch down of the cap) throughout. Pressed in a traditonal wooden basket press and racked into a 3000 litre oak vat for 9 months.

Maipe Malbec is made from 100 percent Malbec.

This Malbec has a deep purple color with violet tints, complex plum, fig, strawberry, spices and floral aromas; rounded and velvety tannins, excellent length with a distinguished character.

Excellent when paired with game, roasted red meats, pasta or pizza.

Maison du Midi Cotes-du-Rhone Rouge Vielles Vignes is 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah and 10% Mourvedre.

This ruby red colored wine with purple glints develops red fruits aromas and spicy overtones. In the mouth, this wine is smooth and its supple structure emphasizes aromas. Fruitforward and easy drinking wine showing light spices and silky tannins. A perfect everyday wine.

This delicious juicy wine can be enjoyed now with steak frites, any Mediterranean dishes, pizzas, grilled chicken and cheese.

Marquis d'Alesme Margaux is made from 63% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot and 2% Cabernet Franc.

The 2020 Oakville Winery Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits aromas of cherry and raspberry with notes of fresh roses, vanilla, dust, and pencil shaving. The rhythmic structure between the granular tannings and the vibrant acidity allows the sensation of a long, refreshing finish. This Cabernet Sauvignon can be aged for a decade bringing all the earthy components of a classic Napa Cab.

A New York strip steak with butter, mushrooms, and herbs will melt when you pair it with this wine.

Pulled from a Gentleman's cellar, all wines from this cellar have been purchased by the owner either from the importer or direct from winery. They stayed in his cellar until being moved to the Timeless Wines warehouse. 

A complex Carignan mixing black fruits and spices. Intense color and fine structure with rounded tannins and volume in the mouth.

The fruit was carefully sorted to ensure only healthy, ripe grapes were vinified. Traditional fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 28°C with selected yeasts. Remontage or pump overs took place periodically to oxygenate the wine and extract tannins. A short post-fermentation maceration took place to extract color, flavor and impart structure to the wine. Ageing in stainless steel preserved the integrity of the pure fruit character. The wine was lightly filtered before bottling.

 Patrimony Caves des Lions is made from 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Cabernet Franc.

 With an inky ruby color, the 2020 Caves des Lions offers elegant aromas of chocolate-covered espresso beans with nuanced layers of blueberries, savory notes of charcuterie, pipe tobacco, and woodsmoke. This festival of flavors continues on the palate with notes of fresh fruit, cayenne pepper, plum jam, and pomegranate. The bold tannins seamlessly balance the fresh and rounded acidity leading to an unwavering finish. This full-bodied and flawlessly intricate wine will surprise you now with its elegance, and later with its longevity.

Dark ruby red in the glass, with rich notes of chocolate, black currant, ripe blackberry, and marionberry with hints of toasted oak and dark cherry on the nose. The palate is rich and complex with flavors of ripe dark fruits, chocolate cherry, plum, toffee, and blackberry pie. This wine has a lingering fruit-forward finish with firm acidity and smooth velvety tannins. A classic yet complex Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.

This pale rosé colored spumante boasts a rich mousse and persistent bubbles. The intense and fruity bouquet of raspberry, wild strawberry, pink grapefruit is intertwined with almond, rose petals and balsamic notes. The palate is fresh, well balanced and harmonious with full flavors of strawberry fruit and a long finish.

Visual aspect: Straw yellow color with persistent mousse. 

Aromas: Fruity notes of delicious Golden apple and Kaiser pear with a pleasant citrus background. 
Mouthfeel: The wine is well balanced with a nice acidity and minerality, combined with freshness and complexity. 
The finish is long and very pleasant.

It is ideal for important occasions and as an aperitif. It is also excellent with risotto and noble meat.

Rinaldi Follie Pink is made from 50 % Dolcetto, 45 % Merlot, and 5 % Brachetto.

Vines are planted on limestone soils. Only 63 hectares exist of this very small DOC of Malvasia di Castelnuovo Don Bosco. Grape varietal is Malvasia di Schierano.
