Twin Stars celebrates Shenandoah University’s 150 years in the Shenandoah Valley with a wine that speaks to its Virginia heritage through the Norton grape, first cultivated in Virginia. With aromas of caramel and vanilla and notes of cherry and coffee, this medium-bodied red pairs well with rich dishes and red meat. Norton is a specialty of its producer, Chrysalis Vineyards in Middleburg, Virginia. Its name refers to the twin stars of Shenandoah – its original location in Dayton, Virginia, and its current main campus home in Winchester, Virginia – and the origin of the word Shenandoah, which may come from an indigenous legend of the stars casting their jewels upon a beautiful river and its valley.

Through the hard work of their 700 growers, St. James Winery is able to craft this sweet and bright white wine with a beautifully smooth finish. Intense ruby red color. Aromas characterized by hints of ripe red fruits, and hints of spices. On the palate it is warm, soft, and full with strong but velvety integrated tannins. Good persistence.

Pairs with meat, cheese, and game.

All older vintage wines have been purchased from a single collectors cellar. Pictures can be requested before shipment.

A wine for two seasons. 
During the winter, heat the wine already infused with spices to enjoy by the fire on a cold evening. Just pop the cork and heat for a nice cozy treat.
In the summer, try chilling this wine and add some citrus fruits and apples to create a new favorite sangria recipe.

Romariz White Port is a blend of wines from the Arinto, Boal, Codega, Esagna CAO, Folgasao, Gouveio, Viosinho, and Rabigato grapes grown in the Douro. This is aged in oak for three years. Aromas of fruit cocktail, round and full, orange-nutty undertone, strong flavored and sweet. Refreshing summertime drink on ice.
