Chateau de Mus Languedoc Red Blend Gold Label is made 70% Syrah, 20% Grenache and 10% Mourvedre.
This wine has a nice dark ruby color, with aromas of red fruits and some florals and spicy notes. The tannins are soft and juicy, giving the wine a great richness and complexity.
Chateau de Mus Languedoc Red Blend Gold Label is made from grapes coming from several parcel planted 15 years ago on gravel soil, similar to the terroir found in the Graves' region of Bordeaux.
In order to achieve perfect ripeness, harvest were conducted quite late in the season as the producer is looking for a nice concentration of aromas and sugar. Then, the vinification was traditional, meaning the fermentation was done in concrete tank followed by a long ageing process, during 6-8 months. The Syrah and the Mourvèdre were aged in Oak barrels while the Grenache was aged in stainless steel tanks. The wine is a blend of 70% Syrah, 20% Grenache and 10% Mourvèdre.
This wine will be a great companion to grilled meat, grilled vegetables and cheese.

Sourced from several sites in the heart of the Russian River Valley, the grapes are vinified in our traditional style; with an extended soaking period. The vineyard lots were fermented on the natural indigenous yeasts, each lot fermented separately to highlight the distinctive characteristics and unique distinct flavor profiles of this world famous growing region. Dark ruby-garnet in color, this classic Russian River Zinfandel shows aromas of boysenberry, raspberry, brown spices, and pepper. Medium to full-bodied, the Family Ranches Zinfandel is balanced with excellent acidity: a powerful, rich and concentrated wine, with flavors of nectarine, cherry and raspberry that build through the lingering finish. This lovely wine can be enjoyed now, and will continue to develop with bottle age over the next several years.
Senorio de Sarria Rosado Vinedo #5 2012 is made from 100% Garnacha from old vines.
One of the finest roses I have tasted this year, the 2012 Vinedo No. 5, made from 100% old Grenache vines from a single vineyard, is loaded with character. It is an expressive, medium-bodied, light salmon/pink-colored, dry rose with flamboyant, jammy strawberry and raspberry characteristics. A beautiful texture as well as a long finish result in a terrific rose. Readers may be interested to know it was chosen as the best Spanish rose in a competition held by 500 sommeliers. Drink it over the next year.-Robert Parker 90 Points
Crimson red. Intense aroma of strawberry candies, lychees, grapefruit and wild red berry fruits. Fresh and fruity palate with soft, smooth entry. Balanced, long and lingering
The Senorio De Sarria Estate
Although the winery was founded in 1953, history shows that this land has been used for cultivating vines for many centuries. There is a close link between the history of Navarra and the history of the Señorío, as one of the lords of Sarría, Juan de Azpilicueta, covered the expenses of the studies of his brother, St. Francis Xavier, patron saint of Navarra, with the income obtained from the exploitation of these lands.
Located in Puente La Reina, at the heart of the Pilgrims´ Way to Santiago, Señorío de Sarría finds itself in an area that offers excellent climate and soil conditions, enabling a range of top quality wines to be elaborated.
The Senorio De Sarria Vineyards
110 hectares of numerous varieties of vines are spread out on the slopes and sun-facing sides of the Sierra del Perdón, Olite and Corella.
Each plant, each vineyard, each plot receives exquisite care and special monitoring to make great wines from the outset. Tempranillo, Graciano, Mazuelo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot for the production of red wines. Garnacha for rosés. And Chardonnay for whites. Each grape variety has been carefully selected and cultivated in the most appropriate place, taking into account the light, humidity and temperature conditions required in each case.

Review:
"The estate’s top wine is the 2016 Lirac Secret de la Grange, a 90-10 blend of Grenache and Syrah that never sees oak. This full-bodied blend is fabulously concentrated and lush, with ripe fruit flavors of raspberries and stone fruits, an intriguing hint of almond paste and a rich, long finish tinged with licorice. It should drink well for up to a decade. - Joe Czerwinski"

Sinor-LaVallee Estate Chardonnay is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.
Sinor-LaVallee Chardonnay reflects a maniacal attentiveness only possible through sole proprietorship from viticulture through winemaking. The aim was to create a singular Chardonnay that expresses the totality of Bassi Ranch’s ultra-coastal terroir.
The wine Chardonnay offers fragrant aromas of tropical fruit with notes of butterscotch, apricot and crème brûlée. The palate is rich and viscous, yet never loses its energy or focus. Flavors of pear, pineapple and peach show trailing notes of vanilla, mineral and spice. A luscious, full-bodied mid palate yields to a sense of balanced sleekness on the finish.
