Weinkeller Erbach Pinot Noir is made out of 100% Pinot Noir.
Hand picked selected grapes of our best Pinot Noir vineyards.
Delicate flavor and taste of prune, pepper, roasted coffee and vanilla. Perfectly balanced, ripe tannin structure with a long finish on the palate.
Hand Harvest.
Aged in oak barrels for 24 months.
Slightly filtered before bottling.
Pair with Steak, Prime Rib, Salsiccia.

The Winzer Von Erbach Estate
The wine-growers association was founded in 1897. Today 45 vintners deliver grapes from the Erbach and Kiedrich vineyards to the cellar. There is close a relationship with the vintners, who are all part owners of their winery, all of whom have access to highly skilled and experienced viticultural advice. The cellar was built in 1903 in the "Art Nouveau" style. Today they are the most highly rated Wine cooperation in the Rheingau region, well known for producing high quality Riesling wines with a strong price-value relationship.
The Winzer Von Erbach Vineyard
Together with the Mosel region, Rheingau is famous for growing top quality grapes of the best German white wine varietal, the Riesling. With 3,200 hectares (7,904 acres) in a 45 kilometer stretch from Wiesbaden to Lorchhausen, it is one of the smaller wine regions in Germany.
More than 30% of their vineyards are located in the top spots of the Rheingau called "erstes Gewächs" (first growth). 50 hectares are cultivated in the following locations in Erbach and Kiedrich: Erbacher Michelmark: (12 hectares), Erbacher Steinmorgen: (8 hectares), Erbacher Honigberg: (20 hectares), Kiedricher Sandgrub: (10 hectares).

Weinkeller Erbach Goldmuskateller Feinherb is made from 100% Goldmuskateller.
The old name for the Erbacher Honigberg was Wacholderwiesen, meaning juniper meadows. At the Wacholderwiesen there was an uprising of the peasants in the 16th century. All the ringleaders were hanged.
The Muskateller grape has the smell of elder-berries, apricots and quince. A subtle aroma of lime and coconut rounds off the experience.

The 2020 Nobles Vineyard Pinot Noir’s aroma elegantly opens with blueberry compote, dark cherry and dried citrus peels, followed with a touch of baking spice and a hint of forest floor. The palate’s bright entry leads to notes of cranberry, red raspberry and a sprinkle of black tea, while a crisp acidity supports silky tannins to a clean finish.
Review:
Bountiful black-cherry flavors and good balance make this full-bodied wine difficult to resist. Black-fruit flavors are rich and well concentrated, backed by a light touch on the oak spices that emerge on the finish and add nice complexity.

This carries the forest green scent of the far-coast hills, a savory pinot noir with mineral intensity. The wine’s cherry-red fruit ripens on the eastern, leeward slopes of the second ridge in from the Pacific, that ripeness tamed by an earthy evergreen scent lasts for minutes, as if breathing the air at the edge of a redwood grove.

The inviting nose offers up scents of Santa Rosa red plums, cassis, dried sweet figs and pomegranate backed by sandalwood and hints of tea rose. Refreshing acidity carries the wine throughout the finish.

The 2020 Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast is ripe with raspberry candy, crushed rose petal, and turned earth. The tannins in the 2020 are a touch more present and emerge on the finish, and it also has more warmth. Drink this over the next 10 years.

The purity of fruit is really something else here, with currants and fresh flowers, such as violets and roses. Flower stems as well. Fantastic length and structure to the wine, with tightness and focus. Wonderful fruit. Graceful. A blend of 78% cabernet sauvignon, 8% merlot, 7% petit verdot, 6% cabernet franc and 1% malbec. Siegel Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 100 percent Cabernet Sauvignon.
Pre-fermentative cold maceration for 5 days, with alcoholic fermentation occurring at 27-29 degrees C to better extract polyphenols from the wine. Post-fermentative maceration for 2 to 3 weeks. Once the wine has been blended it is smoothly clarified. Aged in French oak barrels for 10 to 12 months.
The grapes for the Gran Reserva wines are the product of a careful selection of Siegel's best vineyards in the Colchagua Valley, harvested by hand, and revealing a strong expression of the land.
Deep ruby red with aromas of cassis, red fruits, black pepper, black cherries, tobacco, cinnamon and chocolate. On the palate it is highly concentrated with juicy notes of red fruits and spices. Structured & complex from the oak aging.
Serve with red meat, braised stews, grilled pork and flavorful cheeses.
