Review:
"A purple-colored, young wine dominated by Merlot, this is rich, structured and full of blackberries. With a good balance between the fruit and the tannins already in place, it shows excellent potential. Drink this already delicious but still firm wine from 2022. - ROGER VOSS"

La Grande Cuvee du Chateau Vermont Blanc is made from 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Semillon and 10% Sauvignon Gris.

This wine has beautiful structure and very long-lasting aromas and flavors, providing great aging potential.
Perfect with dish of fish in sauce, scallops, langoustine, and cheeses.

Review:
"Based in Chouilly on the Côte des Blancs, it is obvious this producer will have a Blanc de Blancs Champagne. And very good it is, with some age after six years on lees while still having freshness, crisp acidity and a tight, steely edge. The bottling will benefit from further aging, and it will be at its best from 2022. - ROGER VOSS"

"Lots of peach, honey, and floral notes emerge from the 2017 Blanc de Brule Secaille Grande Reserve Blanc, which is a blend of 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Sauvignon Gris brought up in 15% new oak. It’s medium-bodied, has terrific balance, good acidity, and a big finish. It’s a smoking value at the price and a rock-solid Bordeaux Blanc to drink over the coming 2-4 years."

Vignobles Rodet Recapet Estate Vignobles Rodet is owner of Château Brulesecaille and Château La Gravière in the Cotes de Bourg AOC. Jacques is a viticulture engineer (graduated from Bordeaux Science Agro) specialized in Nature Protection and focuses viticulture. Guillaume (graduated from DUAD Bordeaux) oversees vinification operations in the cellar. Jacques believes in using more natural methods to encourage ripening; he utilizes canopy mangement techniques, removes leaves and thins bunches as necessary. In September 2016 the estate received High Environnemental Value level 3 Certification. This covers mainly four key areas : biodiversity conservation, plant protection strategy, optimized management of fertilization and water management.
Date Founded: 1840 Owner: Martine and Jacques RODET Winery Philosophy: Making great wines, using both modern winemaking and traditional viticulture. In 1924, The RÉCAPET family bought Château BRULESÉCAILLE. In 1974, the estate was handed down from M. Pierre RÉCAPET to his daughter and son in law, Martine and Jacques RODET. It is now included in a structure named G.F.A. RODET RECAPET. Winery Acreage: 74 acres (30 hectares) Winery Production: 12,000 / 9L cases Varietals Produced: 54% Merlot 25% Cabernet Sauvignon 9% Cabernet Franc 4.5% Malbec 7.5% Sauvignon Blanc and Gris Winemaker: Jacques RODET (graduate agricultural engineer) and his son Guillaume. Located in the heart of the Côtes de Bourg region, BrûleSécaille is a 28 hectare vineyard classed "Cru Bourgeois" since 1868.
The name ‘Brulesécaille’ derives from Gascon; “Bruler” means “to burn” and “sécaille” is from the latin “secare” meaning “to cut”. According to tradition, we burn the cut vine branches during pruning. Brulesécaille is situated on a clay limestone outcrop. This particular soil composition dominates the Dordogne valley and allows excellent drainage in winter and spring. The vines enjoy excellent sun exposure, encouraging consistent ripening vintage after vintage.
Because the vineyard survived the particularly hard winter frosts of 1945, 1956 and 1991, there are some significant older vines, up to seventy-five years old. Château BruleSécaille : 23 ha Château La Gravière : 5 ha Château YON St Christophe : 2 ha Every care is taken by Jacques RODET (graduate agricultural engineer) to respect nature, maintaining a biological balance from growth to harvesting in particular by thinning out leaves and excess grapes in order to produce a natural wine. The grapes are picked by hand. Great care is taken with the manual picking over, de-stemming and crushing. The wine needs a long fermentation and maceration period (3 to 5 weeks) in stainless steel tanks, controlled by an automatic temperature monitoring system, to ensure a rich full-bodied wine.
Benjamin Romeo La Cueva del Contador is made from 91% Tempranillo, 9% Garnacha.
Named after the centuries-old caves or “cuevas” carved out of the hillside below the castle of San Vicente in Sonsierra north of the Ebro, this wine is composed of 91 percent Tempranillo and 9 percent Garnacha. The fruit is sourced from eight different plots that yield about 1.2 kg per vine. Fermentation begins after a three-day cold maceration and the wine is aged for nineteen months in 100 percent new French oak and bottled without fining or filtration.
The palate offers flavors of blackberry coulis, Damson plums, Rosemary and well-integrated tannins; this wine is well balanced and youthful with a long powerful finish. Both red and black fruit are pronounced in the nose, but there are also mineral and herbal notes of gravel and lavender.
Review:
Appearance Intense garnet red dress of great luminosity and elegance. Aroma Slightly candied fruit tones, toasted from a good barrel, intense. Palate Powerful and marked on the palate, velvety, round, tasty and balanced.
Guia Repsol 95 Points
Youthful purple. A complex, oak-spiced bouquet displays ripe boysenberry and cherry, candied violet, cola and mocha scents lifted by a vibrant mineral flourish. Deeply concentrated yet lively as well, offering intense dark fruit preserve, cola and spicecake flavors that show excellent delineation and floral lift. Manages to be rich as well as lively and finishes very long and alluringly sweet, leaving allspice and vanilla notes behind.

Turley Pesenti Zinfandel is made from 100 percent Zinfandel.
Deeply perfumed and enthralling nose of ripe red fruits, high-toned spices, orange zest, and an almost minty crushed chalk. Palate is smooth, lush, energetic, and pure, with a smack of well-toned acidity, satiating structure, and a long, precise finish.
Reviews:
A briar patch in a glass, this Zin is tightly focused and energetic, with flavors of wild berries, underbrush, espresso and pepper that build tension toward broad-shouldered tannins.
-Wine Spectator 93 Points
The 2022 Zinfandel Pesenti Vineyard is a very pretty wine, and also surprisingly delicate for Paso. Medium in body, with terrific nuance, the Pesenti is super-expressive in this vintage. Crushed flowers, blood orange and cedar overtones linger on the aromatic, finessed finish.
