Thorn Clarke Mt. Crawford Chardonnay 2017

Thorn Clarke Mount Crawford Chardonnay is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.

This Chardonnay is a fine example of Mount Crawford climate, soil and aspect combining to display great varietal characters. The light green color has a vibrancy that is characteristic of the wine. Peach and tropical fruit flavors are complemented by a creamy texture from lees contact and a small amount of exposure to French oak. This also gives the wine a rich, long but clean finish with delicious white peach, pear and citrus notes.

The winemaker recommends trying this wine with chicken teppanyaki.

Tinel Blondelet Pouilly-Fume Genetin 2017

Tinel Blondelet Pouilly-Fume Genetin is made from 100 percent Sauvignon Blanc.

The soil is made of "caillottes" (limestone stones).
"Genetin" is a name given in homage to the original name for Sauvignon Blanc: Muscat Genetin. The Genetin bottling is normally reserved for the most powerful Cuvées in the winery. No oak.
Produced from 25 year-old vines coming from the Villiers limestone terroir, situated in Bouchot.

Traditional vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. Following a gentle pressing the juice is then fermented at controlled temperatures before being left to mature on its fine lees to gain extra depth and concentration before bottling in the next spring.
Matured on fine lees bringing finesse to the wine and bottled late in order to let all its roundness evolve.
Yield: 55 hl/ha

A golden colored and mineral wine with elegance and finesse. Can be cellared for 2-3 years.
A mineral-laced smoky accent and citrus aromas. Elegant and powerful on the palate.
Food pairing: shellfish, goat cheese such as “Crottin de Chavignol”. Perfect also as an aperitif.

"The white 2015 Vilerma shows really well for the warm vintage. It's mainly Treixadura (67%) and the rest a myriad other varieties including Godello, Albariño, Lado, Loureira, Caíño and Torrontés. It ferments in stainless steel and is bottled unoaked and without malolactic fermentation. It's very classic with notes of flowers, herbs, white fruit and a fresh, soft palate, with less acidity that 2014. Nicely balanced, approachable and easy to drink. 45,775 bottles produced. I was blown away by the 2017 Ribeiro Blanco, which is not only is it an incredible wine but goes screaming off the value scale as well. A complex blend of 80% Treixadura, 6% Torrontes, 4% Godello, 4% Albariño, 3% Loureira, and 3% Lado, brought up in stainless steel, it has a brilliant array of lime, citrus, crushed mint, and a liquid rock-like minerality. This gives way to a medium-bodied, concentrated, yet crisp, racy white that has loads of character, terrific balance, and a great finish. It’s great now, yet I suspect will keep for 4-5 years, if not longer. It’s going to shine on the dinner table. - Jeb Dunnuck 94 Points

Villafranca Frascati DOC 2016

Villafranca Frascati is made from 45% Malvasia di Candia, 15% Trebbiano Toscano, 25% Malvasia del Lazio, 15% Grechetto (Greco).

The clear juice is fermented for about 20 days at a temperature of 18 ° C. A proper maturation the wine is bottled under sterile conditions after microfiltration in our modern installations at the winery.

Intense yellow color with greenish reflections. Characteristic persistent fresh and fruity aromas.

Excellent as an aperitif and paired with fish, seafood or white meat.

Serve at a temperature of 8° -10° C.

Vinsacro Rioja Blanco 2016

Vinsacro Rioja Blanco is made from 60% Chardonnay, 40% Viura.

Aged 7 months in oak barrels of 225 liters
The grapes come from vineyards located in Grávalos, on the southern slopes side of Mount Yerga at the foothills of the “Cordillera Ibérica” at an altitude of between 700 and 800 meters. A very high located area where you obtain fresh wines with little graduation, with very fine and elegant aromas.

Bright straw yel­low col­or, intense aromas and el­e­gance with outstand­ing flo­ral and fruity notes. After some time in glass bal­sam­ic and spicy aromas with toasty notes rise, due to ag­ing in oak and bot­tle mat­u­ra­tion. Very cool and struc­tured with an un­usu­al pow­er for a white with a va­ri­ety of flavors rang­ing from cit­rus to bal­sam­ic. A white wine that is full of sur­prises and capable of taking on many years in the cellar.

Vinsacro white has a long aging potential and pre­sum­ably will have a pos­i­tive de­vel­op­ment for 20 years.

The Chardon­nay grape is har­vest­ed dur­ing the sec­ond or third week of Oc­to­ber. The Viu­ra grape in the first two weeks of Oc­to­ber.
The col­lec­tion of the grapes is done man­u­al­ly.

The se­lect­ed must will go through the fer­men­ta­tion in Amer­i­can oak bar­rels of 225 liters with medi­um toast, re­main­ing in the bar­rel with its lees for sev­en months be­fore be­ing re­moved with a dai­ly battonage, dai­ly at first and then more spar­ing­ly.

Pairs great with roast lamb, grilled veg­eta­bles.

Vinterra Sauvignon Blanc 2018

The Vinterra Sauvignon Blanc is produced from grapes grown on our Rowley Crescent, Sandy Creek and Stoney Range vineyards that are situated at either end of Rapaura Road in heart of Marlborough.

The fruit was harvested in the cool of the night and transported to the winery for immediate processing. The juice was settled after a gentle pressing then racked to fermentation. The juice was inoculated with yeast and cool fermented for an average of 17 days. Following two months of lees contact the wine was blended, lightly fined and filtered prior to bottling.

The Vinterra Sauvignon Blanc displays abundant aromas of gooseberries and tropical fruits on the nose. The palate is fresh and lively showing rich concentration and a long lingering finish. A wine to be enjoyed over the next two to three years. Pairs well with white meat and fish dishes, and also makes a great aperitif.

Vitas Chardonnay 2014

Straw yellow color with greenish overtones, intense and warm aromas of citrus, pineapple and peach., Full-bodied palate sustained by a acidic grip and a hint of mineral presence. Well-balanced and velvety on the finish.

The grapes are hand-harvested towards the end of August and beginning of September and gently whole-cluster pressed. The free-run juice is kept separate from the press fraction and allowed to cold settle prior to alcoholic fermentation at 18°C. The young wine remains in tank on its lees, with periodical stirring until bottling.

Pairs with lean hors-d'oeuvres and entrees, delicate soups, fish and cream cheese.

Vitas Pinot Grigio Friuli 2017

Vitas Pinot Grigio Friuli is 100% Pinot Grigio 

Straw yellow color with elegant copper-gold overtones.
Elegant and intense bouquet with hints of acacia flowers, dry hay, walnut kernel, yellow peach and golden apple, intertwined with fresh and mineral notes. The palate is well-structured, mineral and flavorful. The alcoholic and fresh note gives the wine a pleasant consistency on the finish.

This variety has French origins, but it has been cultivated in Friuli since the second half of the 18th century where it has found an ideal habitat to reach excellent results. Manual harvest, gentle pressing of the grapes, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature (18°C) to enhance the typical flavors of the variety. Aged in stainless steel tanks with a daily pumping over of the must to prevent the clarification. The wine stays on the lees until bottling, then ages in the bottle for an addition 3 months.

White Vermouth, flavored fortified white wine base, together with aromatic mediterranean herbs such as fennel, chamomille and tyme, sweeted with sugar, and grape must caramel.

Ideal as an aperitif, on the rocks with an lemon slice. Also very good with cured and pickled products.

Tasting Notes: The Voix de la Vigne Pinot Gris immediately captures your attention from the first sip. Hints of lemon and lime citrus with surprising depth on the nose are followed by white peach and ripe pear flavors on the palate. Segries Secret de la Grange Lirac 2016

Segries Secret Grange Lirac Rouge  is made from 50% Grenache and 50% Syrah.

This is a new wine for Chateau de Segries. 2013 is the first vintage.

The wine is dark and inky. 
The aromas are intense and complex. It has fruit flavors of course, Strawberry and Blackberry, but it also have some interesting spice components, garrigue, pepper and licorice.


The finish is long and very pleasant as the tannins are round and well integrated.

La Grange is the name of the parcel where the grapes are grown. The soil is Clay and Limestone.
The average age of the vines is 80 years old.

Classic vinification in temperature controlled tanks. The skin contact maceration lasted 30 days and was completed in cement tanks.
