Ormes de Pez Saint Estephe is made from 54% Merlot, 38% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot.
Château Ormes de Pez 2020 displays deep garnet-purple color with notes of plum preserves and dark berries, plus hints of graphite. Nice chewiness to the texture and lovely freshness, finishing on a lingering fragrant-earth note.
Winzer Von Erbach Riesling Rheingau Erbacher Honigberg Kabinett is 100% Riesling.
This Riesling Kabinett shows hints of apple, citrus and peach and is mineral - scented.
The purity of fruit aroma combined with a unique and delicate fruit acidity makes this Riesling to a typical ambassador of one of the greatest grape varieties in the world.
Pairs well with gorgonzola, blue cheeses and pastas in a creamy sauce.
Cave Carod Clairette de Die is made from 75% Muscat Petits Grains and 25% Clairette. Clairette de Die is produced with the ancestral dioise method.
The grapes are rapidly pressed after the harvest and then placed in vats at low temperatures (replicating the process used by the Voconces in ancient times who kept the jars in the icy waters of their local rivers). The half-fermented must is bottled and fermentation continues in the bottle, giving a naturally sparkling wine. Disgorging occurs at least six months after bottling, while the wine still contains sugar and has reached an alcohol content of 7 to 9 %.
This is a sparkling wine with very fine bubbles, light in alcohol (8°), and containing residual sugar (incomplete fermentation). Clairette de Die has been known since ancient times (dates back to 77 A.D.). Clairette brings delicacy and lightness to the wine whereas Muscat gives its typical sweet flavor. The wine displays intense aromas, a refreshing balance of fruit and acidity with peach, orange and white flowers flavors.
This is an ideal wine for all desserts and ice creams, and is very interesting with foie gras. It is especially suitable for daytime meetings and cocktail parties. A great breakfast wine!

Bressia Lagrima Canela 2010 is made from 70 % Chardonnay, 30 % Semillon. Barrel fermented for 14 months in new French and American oak..
Light gold colored with a perfume of candle wax, pear, melon, and toasty oak, on the palate the wine is medium-bodied with well-integrated oak, dry flavors, a creamy texture, and outstanding depth and concentration.

The patriarch of the Bressia Winery family is Walter Bressia. He has worked in the wine business in Argentina for nearly 30 years. Walter’s knowledge and skill shine through in the Bressia wines. From 1998 to 2003, Walter was the winemaker for Bodega Vistalba and Viniterra. In 2003, Walter and his family began their own winery. The Bressia Winery family includes wife Marita, daughter Marita, and son, Walter Jr. The Bressia Winery has been producing some of Argentina’s finest wines with only the highest quality technology and a hands-on approach to each and every product. The Bressia Winery incorporates the “Vinos de Autor” concept. This translates to “Author’s wines”, or personalized, high quality wines. The Bressia Winery boasts 320 oak barrels, all nearly new French and American oak. (60% French, 40% American).

The Special Club concept started in 1971. A dozen wine growers from some old families of Champagne had an idea to familiarize people with the originality of the “Champagne de Vigneron” (Champagne of wine grower), thanks to prestigious vintages.
In the beginning, they created an association called the “Club des Viticulteurs Champenois” and chose a bottle with a special shape, created exclusively for them & used only by then. In 1988, they changed the bottle and the label. In 1999, the Club changed its name to “Club Trésor of Champagne.”
The Club Trésors comprises 28 artisan wine makers, selected from the finest areas of the Champagne region, each one recognized for the quality of their work. The Club Trésors is the only organization in Champagne to select its members according to a set of unrelenting quality standards:
- Each wine maker must make their champagnes entirely in his, or her, own premises and cellars. Furthermore, the champagne must be made exclusively from grapes harvested in his, or her, own vineyards.
- Each wine maker is devoted to his work and passionately protects the quality and the unique character of his own terroir.
- The jury of oenologists and wine professionals who select the champagnes demand irreproachable quality in both the work in the vineyard and the wines.
- Each champagne is subject to two blind tastings (once at the still wine stage before bottling and again after 3 years ageing in bottle) by a panel of passionate and distinguished oenologists and wine makers. 4 years aging minimum is required.
- A Special Club champagne may only be made in outstanding vintage years.

Nivarius Rioja Tempranillo Blanco is made from 100% Tempranillo Blanco.
"Nivarius" is a Latin term that defines the natural well where the snow was kept all year round. Nivarius wines benefit from altitudes above 700 meters, a northern orientation and the influence of the continental climate that make wines of character, fresh, with natural acidity. They are produced with minimal intervention and respect for biodiversity to reflect the expression of the terroir.
Nivarius is a 100% Tempranillo Blanco from vineyards in Albelda de Iregua and Montes de Clavijo, at an elevation of over 700 meters, resulting in a fresh, unctuous and perfectly ripe wine that is both lively and pleasant to drink.
Straw-yellow in color with a greenish rim. Good intensity on the nose, hints of pome and stone fruits accompanied by subtle aromas of white flowers and minerals. Fresh and well-balanced on the palate with stone fruit flavors, dry fruits, and a long finish.
