Roland Champion Champagne Blanc de Blancs NV is aged for minimum 30 months (the minimum for NV is 15 months). This cuvee is made from 100% Chardonnay and is produced from the free run juice only. The current release is the result of the blend of the 2005, the 2006 and the 2007 vintage.
Fresh and delicate, its fine bubbles and wide range of aromas will be perfect as an aperitif. This Champagne will also match very well with seafood and shellfish.

Champagne Lallier Champagne Grand Cru Zero Dosage NV is made from 30% chardonnay and 70% pinot noir.

Without any sugar addition, LALLIER has decided to add to its menu a wine of very natural truth. Our Brut Nature reflects the purity of its noble origins all in freshness and subtilty.
It matches perfectly the art of drinking and eating well.
Aspect: Its golden twinkling robe is coupled with delicate aromas of citrus and white flowers. Nose: Very slight notes of honey announce its maturity and flatter our nose with delicacy. Palate : Its angular and pronounced mouth, combined with a creamy effervescence says a lot about the purity and the noble origin of this wine. Aÿ’s winemaking history dates back almost 1,700 years to the Roman era. In the 16th century, Henry IV, ”His Majesty of Aÿ and good wine’‘, created the reputation of still white wines from Aÿ throughout his kingdom.
Around two hundred years later, the invention of blending, and the control of secondary fermentation in bottle, gave birth to Champagne, the sparkling wine that we know today.
rancis Tribaut is the heir to four generations of winemakers and Champagne producers in the Marne region. He graduated from the Dijon School of Oenology in 1987 before working his way up through the ranks of prestigious Champagne houses where he gradually developed his technical expertise. He devoted himself to his family’s wine domaine in 1991 while continuing to act as a consultant to prestigious Champagne houses. LALLIER was one of them. He took over from René-James Lallier in 2004 when he became its new owner.

responsible for both the ageing cellars
and the winery where each cuvée is expertly crafted, like the grand vin it is.
100% ownership of the company means Francis Tribaut has complete independence in decision-making.
He is also the estate Manager of the Domaine LALLIER (a vineyard of 15 hectares, the majority of which is Grand Cru). He also personally manages the supply of grapes from partner wine growers.
Francis Tribaut is supported in his task by a small dedicated team. A man of great conviction and insight, he knows how to listen to people and to identify trends. Constantly good humoured, he also appreciates fine wine and quality cuisine !

The House of Trouillard has incredible holdings on the Côtes de Blancs. The vineyard's rating average 94-95, just one of the reasons the Blanc de Blancs has such incredible raciness and elegance. It is a Cuvée of eleven different Crus in the Reims Mountain, the Côtes de Blancs and the Sézannaise region and is the specialty of the house.
Trouillard Blanc de Blancs Brut NV is made of 100% Chardonnay with a green-gold color, characteristic of Chardonnay, and with fine persistent bubbles. This wine has an aroma that jumps out of the glass and is very inviting. On the nose there are seductive scents of warm almond croissant and honey, lightened by some floral notes. Crisp and refreshing in the mouth and lively with a very refined fruitiness and a touch of smokiness typical of wines from the Côtes des Blancs. The elegance and subtlety of the Chardonnay are to be especially appreciated as an aperitif, and nicely accompanies shellfish and fish.
It has become the favorite of those who know Champagne Trouillard.

True Dog Knoll serves as a new focal point in this vintage, its world-renowned west Oakville deep gravel soils bringing deep texture and mineral focus.
Layering in a small amount of Petit Verdot from our Roach Estate in St. Helena provides an element of blue fruit and refinement that balances beautifully with the darker brooding power of Ballard Vineyard’s mountaintop muscle and structure.
With its harmonious layers and textures, this wine reminds me of the 2012 Napa Valley vintage. Dark, inky and opaque, it presents aromas of plum, violets and graphite. Beautiful fruit cascades almost immediately to more savory flavors: crushed rock dustiness, cocoa and cedar. A good, firm mineral spine runs through to the long, bittersweet finish. Ever-evolving in the glass, this wine is poised now and will age beautifully over the next 10+ years.

Fenocchio DOC Barbera d'Alba Superiore Bussia is made from 100 percent Barbera.
The color is a deep ruby red with garnet reflections. It has a rather intense bouquet, with scents typical of the vine and a full bodied and dry flavor, with a distinct and pleasing acidity. It becomes mature with aging, acquiring a full and balanced flavor.
Parcel is 2.5 hectares (6.2 acres) planted at 300 meters above sea level.
It pairs well with red and white meats, tagliatelle pasta and cheeses.
Castelmaure Corbieres Vin-Gris (Rose) is made from 80% Grenache, 10% Carignan, 10% Cinsault.
Pale pink rose color, a classic gris de gris wine with salmon hues. Delicate strawberry nose, seamless and fine pointed.
