Castlebrae Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough is made from 100 percent Sauvignon Blanc.
This is a single vineyard wine made with fruit from Castlebrae vineyard, located at the mouth of the Awatere River. The vines were planted in 2007 and 2013 giving a nice mix of maturity.
The wine has vibrant notes of lychee, bell pepper and citrus characters on the nose. Fresh tropical and grassy characters fill the front palate, the mid palate is juicy and the wine finishes with a nice, sweet edge. The palate has a unique freshness that is due to the free draining soils found at the growing site.

The Coussergues Estate
Domaine de Coussergues, an ancient Baronnie founded in 1495 by a land grant from Charles VIII, is owned by the Baron Arnould de Bertier and his family. Arnould represents the fifteenth generation of the Sarret de Coussergues family to run the estate.
The winery is situated approximately 10 km east of Beziers, at Montblanc en Languedoc in the foothills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The domaine produces Cotes de Thongue and Pays d'Oc wines.
About 50% of their production is sold in bulk with 80% of their wine sold to export. Domaine de Coussergues has been a reliable producer of good value white wine over the years.

The proud Baron has 620 hectares of land (1,531 acres), 210 hectares in grapes and the rest in woodland and olive trees. Soil in the area is chalk, clay, flinty red clay and volcanic in nature.

Boussey Volnay Premier Cru Les Taillepieds is made from 100 percent Pinot Noir.
The grapes for this Volnay Premier Cru Les Taillepieds are coming from the vineyard located in the middle of the coteau, halfway up the hill, with a very nice South sun exposure, allowing to reach an optimal ripeness every year.
The wine displays a nice ruby and garnet color. It boasts aromas of red and black fruit, fig, and violet.
It always has a lot of finesse and elegance, but also a great length to the finish, with juicy and round tannins.
Pair with frog legs with parsley and garlic, omelette, duck and cheese.
Slightly filtered before bottling.The wine is then aged in French Oak barrels for 12 months. (25% new barrels).
