This vintage claims to be “Classic” purely to set itself apart from the tendancy to promote wines whose aromas have their origin neither in the variety of grape nor in the locality...This Muscadet is developed and vinified to be appreciated young “on the fruit”. It is crystal clear and the color of yellow straw. Lime, grapefruit, white fruits, pear and apple, salty and citrus notes are generously present on the nose. 
The mouth is rich, straight, providing a beautiful acid screen; lime and soft notes of the sea provide a good balance and a great freshness in this Muscadet, superb landmarks which stretch to the end....

Soil ploughing and soil scraping. Canopy management.
PRUNING: Simple Guyot.
VINIFICATION AND REFINING:
Organicly farmed since 1975.
Biodynamic – Demeter certified since 1998
- 100 % hand-picked grapes
- Reception of the grape harvest by gravity.
- No use of pumps.
- Pneumatic pressing.
- No racking of the must.
- Fermentation 100 % natural yeast.
- Aged “on the lees” in underground vats

Domaine de l'Ecu Muscadet Orthogneiss is made from 100% Melon de Bourgogne sourced from a 3 hectare vineyard.
Sub-soil: Orthogneiss
Yield: 45-50 hl/haSoil ploughing and soil scraping. Canopy management.
PRUNING: Simple Guyot.
Orientation of slopes is SOUTH EAST. Soil is granulous and not very deep. Sub-soil: Orthogneiss.
Production: 555 cases
It is the color of white gold and crystal clear. The nose is subtle and elegant with the zest of citrus fruits, white flowers and spices such as ginger and cumin and there are notes of flintstone, dried fruits and toasted almonds. The attack is sharp and straight, the mouth is complex, an impression of great purety and rare elegance; very salty notes, chalky and slightly smokey notes and notes of citrus fruits, a wine with the ability to be kept for a long time.

Begude Cadet de la Begude Rouge 2018

Begude Cadet de la Begude Rouge  is made from 35% Mourvedre, 35% Grenache and 30% Cinsault.

A selection of young vines, with no oak aging. Full fruit with a fresh and provencal character.

The noble terroir of Provence and the signature of the Tari Family raised at Chateau Giscours in Margaux and at the Domaine de la Begude in Bandol - the 7th generation of vignerons - gave birth to this valiant Cadet.
A selection with a fragrance of freedom, respectful of the environment, carried by the Mistral wind and the light of the Mediterranean Sea.


Average age of the vines: 10 years
Planted on clay and limestone soils. 
Double sorting, total destemming, grapes pressuring and maceration in vats.
Aged 2 months on the lees.

Domaine de Mus Pinot Noir 2019

Domaine Mus de Pinot Noir is made from 100 percent Pinot Noir

Nice red color, with garnet-red shades.
Expressive and charming on the nose with nice flower notes (violet, peony).
On the palate, fresh and round, a fine and elegant red wine on red fruit notes (cranberries, redcurrants), with a beautiful balance. A nice length, with a soft spicy finish. A beautiful Mediterranean expression of the variety.

The average age of the vines is 11 years old.

Traditional winemaking. A very special attention is paid to the health state of the crop, harvested when fully matured. Complete destemming. Macerating in vats during 5 weeks, under heat monitoring. Fermentation under the effect of selected yeasts. End of fermentation under control of the temperature. When the fermenting process is achieved, free-run and press wines are kept separately and sometimes partly or totally blended, according to the vintage aromatic and gustatory expression. Ageing in vats until bottling.

Product Description

2011 Domaine de la Roche Redonne, "Mas Redonne", Bandol Rosé is made from 55% Mourvèdre, 35% Cinsault, 10% GrenacheNice light salmon color, typical of Bandol.

The wine expresses some citrus, Pomelos (a delicious type of grapefruit) and lots of white fruit aromas and minerality.
The flavors are fresh, fruity and very aromatic with tons of Apricot and Mango.

Yield : lower than 38 Hectoliters per Hectare
Alcohol per volume : 12.4%
Total Acidity : 3.46
Residual sugar: 0.23
PH: 3.28

The knock-out, full-bodied 2012 La Dame Rousse Tavel Rose (60% Grenache and the rest Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvedre, Bourboulenc and Clairette) offers complex notes of flowers, raspberries, loamy soil, pepper and spice. "The color is a light salmon rose. The nose reveals dried floral and red grapefruit aromas followed by textured, sweet spices. The mouth follows the nose with dry, delicate red fruit, a little dusty in texture, and fresh acidity. There are some ripe tannins and spices in the finish and aftertaste. All of this is delivered with confidence and moderate weight. In the end this is quite a pretty wine for drinking over the next several years. Now-2015."

The Domaine Roche Redonne Estate
Domaine Roche Redonne, founded in 1979, is a family owned winery run by Henri and Genevieve Tournier. The property is located on the foothills of the Bandol appelation, along the Mediterranean Coast, in the town of La Cadiere d'Azur, near Bandol, and is surrounded by olive trees and garrigue (wild herbs).

The Domaine Roche Redonne Vineyard
The 12 hectare vineyard is farmed under organic method. Both Henri and Genevieve focus on the work on the vineyard in respect of the environment. The vines are more than 40 years of age on average (between 20 years old for the youngest and 60 years old for the oldest), which means very low yields, and the steep hilled vineyards can only be harvested by hand.
