Burgo Viejo Gran Reserva shows a deep red ruby color and offers powerful aromas of blackberry jam, spice, leather, chocolate with toasty nuances. Smooth yet full-bodied with firm tannins and a long finish.

"Shimmering garnet. Aromas of cherry, blueberry, candied flowers, tobacco and coconut pick up a smoky overtone with air. Smooth and fleshy on the palate, offering ripe red and blue fruit, mocha, cola and spicecake qualities that tighten up on the back half. Finishes long and supple with repeating spiciness, even tannins and a lingering suggestion of red berry preserves. Chaume Bourgogne Rouge Pinot Noir 2022 is made from 100% Pinot Noir.Color: bright ruby red

Bouquet: blackcurrant, raspberry and hints of blackberry
Bouche / Palate: smooth attack, balanced, fine tannins and smooth finish

Butterflied lamb, char-grilled steak, venison. Dishes like cassoulet or duck with olives if they're more rustic. Roast goose.

Chaume Chablis  is made from 100% Chardonnay.

Light yellow color. The wine displays aromas of white flowers, honeysuckle, linden, citrus as well as white and dried fruits. 

In the mouth, the wine is well balanced with tension and a nice classic minerality found in Chablis.

Lovely salmon pink color. A very delicate nose of strawberry and redcurrant fruit with floral undertones. There is a silky richness on the palate full of red berries balanced with a subtle bready texture. Very accessible. Will also develop nicely over time.

Colmant Brut Rose NV  is made from 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay

This wine spends a minimum of 24 months on the lees at a consistent temperature of 14C before degorgement.15% of the base wine has been barrel fermented.

Pinot Noir 75%, Chardonnay 25% (Franschhoek, Robertson and Elgin).

15% of the blend is made of reserve wine from the previous vintages and 15% of the base wine is barrel fermented.
This wine spends a minimum of 24 months on the lees at a consistent temperature of 14°C before degorgement.

Perfect as a summer sundowner. A delicious complement to white meat, strawberry dessert and decadent dark chocolate.

"The Brut Rosé (disgorged March 2018) is a blend of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay with 15% base wine and 15% reserve wine, with the Pinot Noir macerated on its skins for color, matured on the lees for 24 months. Deep salmon in color, it has a fine mousse and attractive strawberry and cherry scents on the nose - no shy and retiring rosé here. The palate is well balanced with Braeburn apples, hints of strawberry and a touch of tart cherries fanning out toward the creamy-textured, satisfying finish. Destroyer North Coast Red is made from 65% Cabernet Sauvignon 20% Merlot 10% Zinfandel 5% Syrah

DESTROYER Red Wine Blend is a whimsical blend of North Coast varieties. We start with Cabernet Sauvignon 65%, and then add Merlot 20%, Zinfandel 10% and finish with Syrah 5%. 65% is grown in Lake County in the Red Hills AVA, the balance is Napa Valley. This wine is aged in French oak for 10 months.

DESTROYER is rich and flavorful. Red and dark fruits are apparent in the nose with Plum, Cherry and Blueberry tones. The aroma is elegant and shows subtle signs of oak nuance. Famille Sambardier Pouilly Fuisse La Levee is made from 100% Chardonnay

The wine is very aromatic, with brioche, butter and citrus flavors. The length to the finish is long and balanced with great acidity and richness.

Hand harvested. Grapes were sourced from a vineyard in the village of Solutré. 10% of the wine was aged in French Oak barrels.

Excellent with poultry and fresh water fish. Delicious also with goat cheeses.

Fenocchio DOC Nebbiolo Langhe Bussia is made from 100 percent Nebbiolo. 

The color is a deep ruby red with garnet reflections and an intense and fruity bouquet of plum and cherry. The flavor is dry with good body, well balanced tannins and harmonious with hints of licorice and rose.

Parcel is 2 hectares (5 acres) planted at 300 meters above sea level. 

Pairing well with all types of food, from appetizers to cheeses with red and white meat.

Ferme Blanche Cassis Blanc is made from 40% Marsanne, 20% Ugni Blanc, 20% Clairette, 10% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Bourboulenc. .

The wine has a pale golden color and offers subtle aromas of citrus fruits, peach and apricot, and floral notes of acacia and linden. Crisp and lively on the palate, good tension and length and a refreshing finish.
