Les Noisetiers is a combination of specific lots from within Kistler’s vineyards of designated quality that are situated in far western Sonoma County, near the coast. They began creating Les Noisetiers upon noting that there was an inherent mineral tone which they loved in the lots from their vineyards planted in these coastal sandy Gold Ridge soils.

A classic balance of layered, juicy fruit and mineral backbone. It is delicious wine, with white flowers and stone fruit aromatics leading to a full bodied, juicy core, loaded with flavors of peach, apricots, pineapple and pear.

Laurent Veyrat l'Antre Coeur Crozes-Hermitage is made from 100 percent Syrah. 

Big, gamey, meatiness with white pepper and green olive demonstrating intense notes of red fruits, blackcurrant, raspberry, and strawberry.

Lismore Pinot Noir is made from 100 percent Pinot Noir

The grapes were picked at optimal ripeness. 30% whole bunch fermented in large 5000 liter vats with gentle pump-overs twice a day. The process allowed for a long extraction period which lends to the fruit expression and structure of this wine. The free run wine was drained off and the fermented grapes were then pressed in a traditional wooden basket press. The wine was racked into 225, 300 and 500 liter barrels where malolactic fermentation took place and the wine was aged for 10 months. 35% new French oak was used.

"The 2018 Pinot Noir comes from Walker Bay and Kaaimansgat and includes 30% whole-bunch fruit, aged for 11 months in 25% new oak. The bouquet sports vivid red cherry and raspberry fruit that is exceptionally well defined and beautifully integrated with the oak. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, well-judged acidity and a slightly fleshy texture. There is just the right amount of salinity here, and the finish is kept on a tight leash, allowing the detail and precision to be fully expressed. "Walker Bay and Elandskloof are the twin sources of 30% whole bunch-fermented Pinot from Sam O'Keefe. Juicy, floral and charming, it's a graceful, fruit forward style with some clove and tobacco spice and refreshing acidity. Long Shadows Saggi Red is made with 58% Sangiovese, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon 12% Syrah. Among Tuscany's oldest and most prestigious wine families, Ambrogio and Giovanni Folonari teamed with Allen Shoup to produce a wine that showcases Washington State's terroir with plenty of Italian character. Saggi (meaning "wisdom") is a stunning blend of two outstanding Washington Sangiovese vineyards. Candy Mountain Sangiovese gives the wine its dark fruit flavors and appealing notes of anise. Dick Boushey's Yakima Valley Sangiovese, planted in 1992, adds vibrancy and liveliness. Because Cabernet Sauvignon has the potential to overtake Sangiovese, the Folonaris work closely with Sagemoor Vineyards to carefully select blocks of Cabernet they know from experience deliver elegant character and refined tannins. Syrah, also from Sagemoor, adds to the wine's dark color and rich mid-palate.

The 2018 Red Wine Saggi is mostly Candy Mountain Sangiovese (58%) with Cabernet Sauvignon (30%) and Syrah (12%). Gilles Nicault has created a sensational, one-of-a-kind blend here. The wine explodes out of the glass with potpourri and anise tones alongside a beautiful core of red and dark fruits. The palate offers tobacco, milk chocolate and boysenberry flavors, serious depth and concentration, insanely good range and an opulent sense of texture. Complex and delicious with firm tannins and a touch of hedonism, this sensational and novel blend will provide drinking enjoyment for another 15 years to come.

Loring Cooper Jaxon Pinot Noir is made from 100% Pinot Noir

Aged 10 Months in French Oak (15% New)

A special blend in honor of Cooper Jaxon Loring - the next generation of Loring. We don't limit the wine to any
specific AVA, but rather look for a blend that is big, bold, and super tasty!

Juicy and vibrant, with aromas of raspberry puree, blackberry and spring flowers.

Vines are planted on Arroyo Seco Sandy Loam soils on the following vineyard sites: Rancho La Viña, Kessler-Haak, Clos Pepe, John Sebastiano, Aubaine, Rosella's and Sierra Mar.
Vinification is traditionnal with minimal intervention.
Wine went thought Malo-Lactic fermentation and was bottled without filtration.

“Puteus” is a Salice Salentino DOP reserve, made of 80% of Negroamaro and 20% Malvasia Nera, as the disciplinary code requires. In the last stage of fermentation the wine is stored in stainless steel tanks for the first year, then aged in oak barrels. It has a deep red color with hints of violet.

Deep red color with hints of violet, balanced tannin, strong spicy bouquet, with notes of cocoa and coffee, fruity (cherry).

The best wine pairing is with meat dishes, roast meat with a juicy frosting, seasoned cheese and salami, and it sparks with spicy dishes!

 Mordoree Cotes du Rhone Dame Rousse Rose is made from 40% Grenache, 35% Syrah, 15% Cinsault, 5% Carignan, 5% Mourvèdre

Color : rosé, slightly orange (mordorée colour).

Aromas : crystallized oranges and cherries, slightly aniseed.

Palate : very rounded, fresh and long finish.

Ageing potential : 2 to 3 years

Surface : 14 Ha. Yield : 45 Hl./Ha. Vineyard age : 20 years Terroir : clay / chalk,clay / limestone and sandy with pebble stones. Harvest : by hand. Vinification : vat bleeding, temperature control. Estate bottled.

Food pairing: cold meats and delicatessen, fowl, white meats, grilled lamb with Provence herbs, fish soup, fried fish, pastas, pizzas and all Asian dishes.

"Based on 40% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 15% Cinsault, and the rest Carignan and Mourvèdre, awesome notes of framboise, wild strawberries, exotic spices, and a kiss of pressed flowers all emerge from the 2023 Côtes du Rhône Rosé, a beautifully balanced, medium-bodied rosé that has ample richness and depth. Mordoree Tavel Rose Plume de Peintre is made from 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 20% Clairette.

Deep rosé color. Complex and intense aromas of red fruits. The palate is elegant and offers a great balanced acidity. The wine has a long lasting finish.  

Risotto with crayfish and asparagus, duck breast roasted with honey, poultry with morels.

The ultra-premium, tiny-production 2023 Domaine De La Mordoree Tavel La Plume Du Peintre is based on 50% Grenache, 20% Syrah, and the balance equal parts Clairette and Cinsault, all of which was brought up in barrel. It pushes the boundaries of what rosé is and can be, getting closer to a light red than a traditional rosé, which may be where Tavel fits best anyway. It shows a translucent ruby hue and offers complex yet still reserved aromatics of red cherries, sappy garrigue, spicy nuances, and a touch of background oak that’s beautifully integrated. This carries to a medium-bodied, almost medium to full-bodied rosé with a pure, layered, elegant mouthfeel, integrated acidity, and flawless overall balance. Despite being raised entirely in wood, this is one of those rare high-end rosés that brings greater richness, depth, and complexity while still staying light in feel, balanced, clean, and crisp. It’s geared for gastronomy and is an incredibly classy rosé that should have another year or two of prime drinking.

Napa Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 100 percent Cabernet Sauvignon. 

Napa Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon brims with ripe, concentrated aromas of black currant, loganberry and fig, underscored by threads of warm spice and mocha.

Aged 21 months in French and Hungarian oak, notes of toasty, spiced cocoa, cassis, and clove are the preamble for the palate’s introduction to this most approachable red. Niner Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 91% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Cabernet Franc, 3% Petit Verdot, 3% Malbec.

2021 was a benchmark vintage for Cabernet in Paso Robles. The long, cool growing season was ideal for our Bordeaux grapes and allowed them to slowly ripen, creating complex flavors and wines built to age. The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon was aged 21 months in French Oak barrels and is one that you’ll want for your collection. It is an elegant wine with a balance of dark fruit flavors and herbaceous notes with lush tannins.

Paradigm Merlot  is made from 98% Merlot - 2% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Deep ruby color with aromas of black cherry and plum, a hint of cedar and soft touch of toasty French oak. Seamless and silky across the palate with a nice mouthcoating texture and nicely balanced acidity for many food pairings. Flavors are similar to the aromas, dark plums and cherries, pomegranate, spice and complimentary sweet vanilla toasty oak. Flavors linger making you want another sip.

Pernot Belicard Aligoté is produced from old vines planted in 1956 and 1971 by Philippe Pernot's grand father. 

Wine is very aromatic, with some tropical notes with a hint of white flowers and white peach. The wine is also quite mineral, due to the Aligote grapes grown on limestone soils in the commune of Puligny Montrachet. Finish is long and balanced.

Produced with Nebbiolo grapes from one of the highest plots in the area, at over 500 meters above sea level.

This is an elegant Nebbiolo - fresh and fruity with simple tannins (thanks to the white calcareous soil) and good minerality.

Made from 20 years old vines planted on Limestone soils. 
No Oak. The wine was aged on the lees for 4 months in Stainless Steel Tanks. 
Wine was slightly filtered before bottling.

Praia Aveleda Vinho Verde NV is made from 40% Loureiro, 20% Trajadura, 20% Arinto, 20% Azal.

Praia, which means "beach" in Portuguese, is a smooth and fresh wine with delicate and lovely fruity flavors. Slightly spritzy, it is well balanced and very refreshing.

The region is typical for its unique wines that are fresh and light, combined with a very well balanced acidity. These characteristics result from the region's unique soil and climate, with a strong Atlantic influence that you will identify when you taste it.

The wine is ideal as an aperitif or throughout a meal, especially with fish, seafood, white meat and salads. Due to it freshness, it is particularly pleasant in a relaxed and informal ambiance.

Sourced from a vineyard at 505 metres above sea level in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, the wine takes its name from the site it is located on. The soils are primarily composed of depleted limestone in the subsoil and pebbles on the topsoil. These types of soils offer long-ageing capacity, freshness, volume and structured wines.

Fresh, structured and complex, this wine is very aromatic, with intense aromas of wild black fruits, accompanied by deep balsamic aromas and licorice. A silky texture and mineral notes, it is round, powerful and polished on the palate with flavors of black fruits, prunes, balsamic and spice. A long and persistent finish.

Meat and game, either grilled, baked or stewed, pastes, creams and soups, all kind of meat recipes, roast lamb.

"Dark plums, wild berries, dried herbs and warm earth with sweet spices and discreet vanilla creaminess interwoven to the nose. A medium-to full-bodied tempranillo with chalky, calculated tannins and vivid acidity. Lively, with a bright core of fruit on the center-palate and a flavorful, spicy finish. Naturally concentrated, but extremely drinkable, too. Long and bright. Drink or hold."
