Toza Crianza Jumilla is made from 100% Monastrell (Mourvedre). Toza Crianza is a classic example of the Monastrell variety from the Mediterranean region, made from hand harvested old vines and aged 12 months in oak barrels. This Spanish red is rich, toasty, round and velvety.

Pair with red meat and game casseroles and well-cured cheeses.

Rich aromas of honeycomb, baked apple and toasted bread. The palate is firm yet rich — a seamless expression of restraint and elegance. The silky texture extends through a lingering finish with hints of Mandarin orange peel and sweet Asian spice. This Chardonnay will continue to develop over the next five to seven years.

Trouillard Blanc de Noir Extra Brut NV is made from 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier.

Aged "sur lattes" for 2 years

Color: Golden, fine bubbles.
Nose: Deep, vinous with red berries notes
Mouth: Ample. Sugar dosage gives it wilderness. You will be seduced by its stout, its structure and its vinosity. You will be invaded by a sensation of freshness.

This sparkling wine is only vinified with white juice of black grapes hence its name "Blanc de Noirs", which litterally translate to "White from Black". The exact varietal breakdown is 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier.
It is aged sur lattes, in the bottle, on the lees for 24 months minimum.
Its low sugar dosage makes it an extra dry.

Its full bodied and power features designate it to go with sweetbread, giblet, “bouchée à la reine” and whites meats

Trouillard Elexium Brut NV is a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier

Aged 2 years on the lees.

This “cuvee” combines pinot noir’s power, pinot meunier ‘s suppleness and chardonnay’s elegance to give to Elexium all its radiance and its lightness. Its ageing provides beautiful citrus fruits notes, whites fruits and a lightly gold color.

Color: Green pale gold, beautiful intensive and persistent sparkle.
Nose: Notes of citrus fruits, white fruits and white flowers.
Mouth: Sophisticated, light, fresh, silky, elegant with a good persistence. Airy character almost feminine.

Terroirs: AOC Champagne - France, 20 selected vineyards located mainly in Petite and Grande Montagne de Reims, in Grande and Haute Vallée and in Côte des blancs.

This cuvee can be served from the aperitif to the dessert. We recommend that you enjoy with poultry, smoked salmon, whites fruits or sorbet.

Trouillet Lebeau Macon Solutre Pouilly is made from 100 percent Chardonnay. 

The Macon-Solutre-Pouilly is produced from the 2 hectare-parcel called "Au Rompay", which is the highest of the estate, located at the southern tip of the Mâconnais in the Mont Pouilly, across the famous Solutré Rock. The grapes are usually harvested in the very last days, bringing freshness and minerality to the wine.

The nose opens generously with sweet notes of candied and citrus fruits. The maturity and ripeness of the fruit combine with an aromatic freshness and a real delicacy in the mouth. The wine is structured, but still lively on the finish.

Tua Rita Giusto di Notri is made from 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc.

The word "Giusto" refers to the name of the Patron Saint of Suvereto (the hilltop Tuscan town where Tua Rita is located) and "Notri" is the name of the winery's exact location.

Giusto di Notri is a Bordeaux-inspired blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc, selectively harvested in September. After a gentle pressing, the juice and skins macerate for a lengthy period of 25-30 days to add concentration and depth to the final wine. The wine is then aged for 18-20 months in French oak barrels and refined six months in bottle before release.

Deep purple in color, Giusto di Notri offers abundant aromas of blackberry, plum and currants with underpinnings of coriander, violet and a touch of vanilla. Full-bodied, with ripe, fine tannins, and a silky texture, this is a stunning wine with great aging potential.

Ideal for barbecued ribs, steaks, grilled meats and medium-aged cheeses.

Review:

Lots of incense to the aromas with sandalwood and lavender. Currants, blackberries. and fresh herbs, too. Full-bodied and very rich, with a powerful, structured mid-palate and a long, longfinish. A wine for the future. Needs four to five years to soften. Best after 2026.

Turley Cedarman Zinfandel is made from 100 percent Zinfandel.

Blended with 22% Petite Sirah, the 2022 Zinfandel Cedarman hails from Rattlesnake Ridge and Dragon Vineyards high atop Howell Mountain. Medium to deep ruby in the glass, the nose combines extremely ripe black fruits and loamy earth with botanical, herbal notes that meld with floral top notes after time in the glass. The palate follows the fruit-laden foreshadowing of the nose with massive saturation and intensity and transiting to a chewy, sinewy finish lined with juicy acidity nestled into a long, detailed finish. Lovers of a sumptuous style will find much to love upon release, although a few years in the cellar could provide an additional layer of nuance.

After working with the fruit for over a decade, Turkey is proud to present the first single-vineyard bottling for Turley from the Del Barba Vineyard. Contra Costa is a delta where the San Joaquin and Sacramento rivers meet, and these head-trained vines are planted in deep dehli blow sand, made up of decomposed granite coming down from the Sierra Mountains. The resulting wine embodies the best the delta has to offer: silken textures, ultra fine tannin, and dark saline fruits.

Sourced from head-trained vines planted in 1980 on sandy soils, the 2022 Zinfandel Del Barba Vineyard is a light, elegant and approachable expression of Turley's substantial Zinfandel collection. Medium ruby in color, it is initially coiled and opens slowly into a bright, inviting nose with aromas of Earl Grey tea, licorice and red cherries, albeit with slightly less definition and clarity than found in other bottlings. The palate is medium-bodied, deeply red-fruited and lined with spicy, floral accents. The finish is long and perfumed, framed by clay-textured tannins and lifted, juicy acidity harnessed with an understated elegance.

Our Santa Ynez Cabernet Sauvignon is full of wild blackberries and blackcurrants, layered with nuances of cassis, tobacco and allspice adding complexity to the fruit. The palate is deliciously long, carrying the core of dark fruit on the palate through to the finish with fine supple tannins.

Vinsacro Dioro Seleccion is made from  100% Vidau (Blend of the de varietals Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo with predominance of 70+ years old Garnacha).

Grapes selected manually from our vineyards located on the southern slopes of Monte Yerga in the “Cuesta la Reina” estate. Grapes that are harvested with the utmost care, transported at low temperature in fruit boxes to the winery to avoid any damage to the fruit.

Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts and the wine is kept in maceration for 30 days while breaking the cap daily. Afterwards, the wine is transferred to oak barrels where it remains for 17 months before bottling.

"The 2019 Vinsacro Dioro Selección is a Vidau field blend sourced from Monte Yerga in Rioja Oriental. Aged for 18 months in French and Eastern European oak barrels, it is only released after five years in the cellar. Dark garnet in color, time in the glass reveals soy sauce, bay leaf and thyme notes, along with black fruit and chutney-like undertones. Dry and rich on the palate, it flows with softened tannins and a clingy mouthfeel, lingering long with an impression of tomato leaf. The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc shows abundant aromas of Meyer lemon, passionfruit, and jasmine. In the mouth, the Semillon shows itself with a rich, deliciously textured palate with flavors of orange blossom, mandarin oranges, and a wet stone minerality

This Chardonnay features bright, concentrated citrus, pear, green apple and nectarine fruit, with just a touch of oak to add richness to the palate. The wine lingers on the palate, and has the structure and acidity to provide for good longevity.

fter whole-cluster pressing, the Chardonnay juice was barrel-fermented in French oak barrels and aged sur lie for 8 months. During this period, the barrels were routinely stirred to increase yeast contact and add richness; 30% of the wine underwent secondary malo-lactic fermentation. One- and two-year-old French oak barrels were used. Prior to bottling, the wine received minimal filtration and fining to preserve the fresh fruit flavors.

Weinkeller Erbach Pinot Noir is made out of 100% Pinot Noir. 

Hand picked selected grapes of our best Pinot Noir vineyards.
Delicate flavor and taste of prune, pepper, roasted coffee and vanilla. Perfectly balanced, ripe tannin structure with a long finish on the palate.

Hand Harvest.
Aged in oak barrels for 24 months.
Slightly filtered before bottling.

Wimmer Gruner Veltliner is made from 100 percent Gruner Veltliner. 

Crisp lime flavors, white pepper and lentils, followed by a mouthful of mineral notes and gooseberry. A long lingering finish

Winzer von Erbach Riesling Eiswein is made from 100 percent Riesling. 

The Eiswein has aromas of concentrated yellow fruit and a fruity sweetness. It's a high end product with a very long aging potential.
The grapes were picked frozen which resulted in a concentration of sugar, acidity and aromas and a low yield.

Pairs with blue cheese, fois gras, French apple cake.
