Sourced from one of our highest elevation vineyards, the 2017 Rockfall Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon features a true wildness that expresses the rugged growing site 2,000ft above the fog line. Elegant aromas of blueberries, cassis, graphite and black tea with complex undercurrents of baking spices. This wine balances power with elegance through to its savory palate with a generous structure and ample tannins. The structure of this wine allows for many years of cellar aging to continue to bring out nuanced flavors and complexity.

The Rockfall Vineyard is between 2,000 and 2,200-feet in elevation, and the wine that originates there is powerful and concentrated in style, with robust red-fruit and mineral tones. The 2021 Titus Family Estate Reserve embodies the depth, concentration, and beauty of our Ehlers Lane vineyard with grace and elegance. A core of Blueberry, black currant, mulberry and warm coffee are rounded out with hints of lilac and maduro wrapped cigar. Inkiness in the glass gives the wine depth and length with rich finely knit tannins melting to chocolate pot de crème intensity. Crème de cassis and berry tart notes yield to espresso and rich oak on the finish as the palate endures. Enjoy 2025-2041.

Lastly, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Family Estate Reserve is based on 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9.5% Petit Verdot, and the rest Malbec. It's a touch more focused and linear compared to the Imperatus, but I love the purity and precision in its cr me de cassis, espresso, classy oak, and spicy, floral aromatics. Medium to full-bodied on the palate, with fine tannins and a seamless, layered mouthfeel, as well as ripe tannins, it's going to benefit from 2-3 years in the cellar and evolve for 15 years with ease.

Intense was the first word that came to mind. Purely focused tannin weaves its way through the core of this wine. Has a savory characteristic that we have found in past vintages (2014 to be specific) with a slight licorice note on the exceptionally long finish. While this vineyard has been described as “feminine” in the past, that is certainly not the case for this bigger, bolder vintage!
Any vegetable or meat in the grill. Delicious with Chocolate as well.

Milk chocolate, crème de cassis and tobacco give this massive wine the depth you come to expect with Napa cabs, but it is all Sonoma County, all from our magnificent little private valley which sees sun all day! We buy no fruit; we sell no fruit.

Wow…just Wow!! This wine has it all. Not as “big” as past vintages this wine is gangbusters right out of the gate. Ripe blackberry, juicy and rich with a wonderful chocolate core. Sinegal Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Malbec, 7% Petit Verdot.
The 2017 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a beautiful and dense wine, with blue and black fruit aromas followed by savory notes of grilled herbs and sweet tobacco. Initially, notes of blueberry compote and baker’s chocolate give way to beautiful oak aromas of cedar and baking spice. On the palate bramble blackberries, red currants, and Chambord are met with flavors of black clove, vanilla, and graphite. This wine exhibits depth, nuance, and energy, and will be cellar-worthy for many, many years to come.

The philosophy of our founders, Jim & David Sinegal, is to honor both tradition and innovation. Still aging in mostly in new Taransaud barrels, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve (90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Petit Verdot, and 3% Malbec) offers a saturated purple color as well as a big perfume of black and blue fruits, espresso, some background oak, full body, a silky, charming mid-palate, and sweet tannins. It's not going to match the 2016, but it’s a pure, seamless, powerful and incredibly impressive 2017.

Known historically as The Inglewood Estate, our 30-acre retreat is one of Napa’s oldest and most coveted.
History:
After acquiring the 30-acre property known as the Inglewood Estate for $7,500 in 1879, Alton Williams planted the first vines here in 1881. Production at this Napa Valley winery was continuous through many different generations of winemakers before the Sinegal family purchased the St. Helena property in 2013. A multi-million dollar expansion and modernization produced the first wines under the Sinegal label just a year later to enviable critical reviews and ratings.

Charles Heidsieck Vintage Brut is made from 57% Pinot Noir, 43% Chardonnay.
A beautiful golden robe offers glints of green accentuated by a delicate, dynamic effervescence. The initial nose introduces intense toasted and smoky notes along with ripe fruit. When swirled in the glass, the nose takes on a heartier dimension with touches of apricot and vineyard peaches. The aromatic concentration, due to a heat wave of several weeks, is reminiscent of the summer sun. The attack is taut and decisive. the creamy texture, the crisp fruitiness and spiced notes of cinnamon, licorice and pepper are the hallmark of the House style.

Aged for eight years on the lees before disgorgement, the Champagne is deliciously toasty with acidity and fine dryness.

Disgorged in January of 2023, the 2013 Champagne Millésime Brut was the last vintage from the cellar master for Heidsieck prior to Cyril Brun. The 2013 Champagne Millésime Brut is a bright straw yellow color and is based on the crus of Les Mesnil, Avize, Averney, and Aÿ. It’s fresh with aromas of wet stones, fresh quince, and fresh jasmine flowers. It has a chalky and focused texture, with ripeness to balance it out, and a long, graceful finish. At this stage, it feels more forward with 57% Pinot Noir and the rest Chardonnay. A more mineral-tinged expression, it has a lot of charm and the promise of longevity over the coming two decades. Drink 2024-2044. It will be interesting to see how the Pinot shows itself over time. 8 grams per liter dosage.

Patricia Raquin Nuits St. Georges les Vaucrains is made from 100 percent Pinot Noir.
"Vaucrains" comes from old French word meaning place with very little fertility (which is very good terroir for grape production)

HARVEST: Harvest by hand.
VINIFICATION: Harvest by hand. Traditional vinification in thermoregulated stainless steel. Pre-fermentation – temperature controlled cold maceration during 10 days. Long fermentation during which pigeages and pumping over are performed. Post-fermentation - maceration at 30°C for 5 days.
AGEING: Aged in new French oak barrels for 16 months.
