Brize Ambre Coteaux du Layon is made from 100% Chenin Blanc.

Coteaux du Layon is a prestigious sweet wine appellation in the Loire Valley, producing luscious dessert wines from late-harvested Chenin Blanc grapes. The 'Ambre' (Amber) cuvée takes its name from the beautiful amber-gold color that develops as the wine ages.

This sweet wine offers rich aromas of honey, apricot, candied fruits, and quince. On the palate, it is generous and well-balanced, with concentrated sweetness offset by bright acidity that keeps the wine fresh and elegant.

Pair with foie gras, blue cheese, fruit tarts, or enjoy as a dessert on its own.

Brize Cabernet d'Anjou Rose Louresses is made from Cabernet Franc.

Cabernet d'Anjou is a semi-sweet rosé wine from the Loire Valley, produced from Cabernet Franc and/or Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The 'Louresses' designation refers to the specific vineyard parcel at Domaine de Brize.

This charming rosé offers a beautiful salmon-pink color with delicate aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and rose petals. On the palate, it is fresh and fruity with a hint of sweetness balanced by crisp acidity.

Perfect as an aperitif, or pair with Asian cuisine, spicy dishes, or fresh fruit desserts.

Brize Clos Medecin Anjou Villages Rouge is made from 60% Cabernet Franc and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon.

This is the flagship of the Estate. Clos Medecin has been produced at the estate for 90 years. All the grapes for this wine come from a very special parcel. The wine offers red fruit aromas. It is fresh, round and ample in the mouth.

Brize Les Gres Anjou Blanc is made from 100% Chenin Blanc.

This is a dry wine. Easy to drink, fresh with good acidity. The aromas are persistent with apricot and peach.

The wine is made with grapes grown in a parcel called 'Les Grès'.

Pair with cheese and seafood.

Brize Loire Renaissance Anjou Blanc is made from 100% Chenin Blanc.

Anjou Blanc Renaissance was entirely fermented and aged in French oak barrels. The wine is dry and powerful with an intense bouquet of apricot, vanilla and honey.

Excellent when paired with lobster or white fish with a creamy sauce.

Chateau Gaudrelle Vouvray Reserve Personelle 2009 is 100 percent Chenin Blanc

Fine Chenin Blanc typicity, with aromas of ripe apples and honeyed notes. Rich, smooth, rounded palate with great structure and weight. Has the acidity to support ageing for 10 years.

Produced from 100% Chenin Blanc planted on clay and flint stones based soils.
Vinification: aged in stainless steel tanks with temperature controlled fermentation. Aged on the lees for 4 months. 
Kieselguhr filtration.
This sparking wine is fresh and fruity. Rich and easy to drink, which makes it a wonderful aperitif. For the aficionados this is an excellent food friendly wine. Its quality makes it a great alternative to Champagne.

Gaec de Brangers Menetou Salon Blanc 100% Sauvignon Blanc is crisp and refreshing with rich, ripe lime and grapefruit aromas. Elegant, beautifully rounded, harmonious and well-balanced, a mineral sytle and a smooth and long finish. It is ideal as an aperitif and a great match with shellfish, smoked and grilled salmon, goat cheese.
DOMAINE DU GAEC DES BRANGERS is owned by the CHAVET family, which is one of the most reknown winemaking families of the Menetou-Salon Appellation. Philippe Chavet has been running the estate for 25 years and each year, his cuvees are awarded in the international competitions and by the international press.

Fleuriet Demoiselles Sancerre Blanc is made from 100 percent Sauvignon Blanc. 

The name "Les demoiselles" (translate as "The young ladies"), refers to the beautiful migratory birds (Cranes) that fly over the town of Sancerre twice a year (in the Fall going South to spend the winter in the African continent, and in the Spring going back North to spend the Summer in Northern Europe). These graceful birds offer a unique and impressive show when they sometimes land on the banks of the Loire River. The Fleuriet family wanted to highlight this exceptional grace and express an elegant and refined bouquet in this Sancerre Demoiselles cuvée.
The wine shows a bright yellow color with green highlights, a fruity nose with aromas of white flowers and acacia. Light-medium bodied in the mouth, supple and well structured, its concentration and crisp acidity make it a harmonious and food-friendly wine.

Pairs nicely with fresh goat cheeses, oysters with lemon, grilled lemon chicken breasts and Mexican dishes. Serve these whites at 46 °F (8 °C).

Gaudrelle Monmousseau Clos le Vigneau Vouvray is made from 100% Chenin Blanc

Clos Le Vigneau is a single vineyard from an area known as "les Gués d'Amant" or "Lover's Gap". Most of the vines were planted in 1929. 

Off dry in style with honey, earth and apricot notes. Wines from the town of Vouvray have been known to age well for 40 years. This particular bottling should hold for at least 5-7 years. 

Made from 50% chenin blanc and 50% chardonnay

It is an interesting experience as a sparkling wine for people who want to have a fine and elegant wine comparable to Champagne for a very good price.

This methode traditionnelle sparkling wine is aged for minimum 18-24 months in cave before disgorging. The dosage is 12 g/l residual sugar and the wine is aged for minimum 3 months after disgorging .

This vineyard enjoys good exposure to the sun and overlies hillocks composed of sandy alluvial deposits and gravel dating back to the Quaternary Period. Each terroir is managed with minimal intervention in an environmentally friendly approach. Vinification: Slow pressing. Fermentation took place under controlled temperatures (18°C).The wine was aged on fine lees for a minimum of 4 months. It was filtered only once before being bottled.

Jean Reverdy Sancerre Blanc is 100% Sauvignon Blanc

Single vineyard. Vinification: cold fermentation in stainless steel tank, no oak, no malolactic fermentation.

Sweet, fruity and clean. White flowers (acacia, jasmine) and citrus fruits aromas. Perfectly balanced.

A delicious wine, perfect with fish dishes, especially salmon, and a local goat cheese Crottin de Chavignol.

Reverdy Jean Sancerre Rose is made from 100 percent Pinot Noir.

Color: Pale salmon pink color
Nose: delicate aromas of roses and orange blossom that will transform into gooseberry and peach blossoms as the temperature in the glass rises. 
Mouth: The palate is crisp, lean and elegant, but the flavors are quite persistent with cherry, blackcurrant,apricot and red currant aromas.

According to the Sancerre AOC regulation, maximum yield authorized for the rosé is 55 hl/ha.

Pairs well with poultry and spicy food.

Reverdy Jean Sancerre Rouge is mader from 100% Pinot Noir

The wine is spicy and juicy with cherry aromas, and proves the point that power is not necessary for a fine wine.
