Convento Oreja Ribera del Duero Crianza is made from 100 percent Tempranillo.
Bright cherry color. On the nose you will find plenty of fruit aromas, well balanced as well as some reminiscences of spices that are appreciable. The oak presence gives elegant hints of black chocolate and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is very smooth and well balanced with the right amount of acidity. Fresh, long lasting and elegant.
The wine went through malolactic fermentation. The wine was aged 12 Months in French Oak barrels. Before bottling, the wine was slightly filtered.

A bouquet of Luxardo cherry, blackberry preserves and lavender wafts from the glass. Surprisingly juicy on entry, this wine has flavors of pomegranate, ripe cherry, orange zest, dried thyme, dark chocolate and violet. Product Description
Marqués de Moral is a Crianza wine made from 100% Tempranillo grapes (locally known as Cencibel), with 6 months of barrel age in American oak "barricas".
Valdepeñas DO's legislation requires only 6 month of Oak aging for Crianza level.
Aromas of strawberries and dried cranberries enhanced by obvious spiky American oak.
"Medium red. Aromas of redcurrant and cherry, plus a hint of dried rose. Fleshy and smooth, with moderate depth to its slightly bitter red fruit flavors. Finishes with decent breadth and grip, with the redcurrant element joined by a hint of white pepper."

The Marques de Moral Estate
Marques de Moral is produced at the Bodega Félix Solís, Spain's leading producer of 750 ml bottled wine. This is a family operation founded in the 1950's with more than 26,000 oak barrels and an annual production of some 90 million liters.
The Marques de Moral Vineyards
The 500 hectares of vineyards are situated between Campo de Calatrava and Montiel in La Mancha province of Ciudad Real. This area is characterized by its gentle countryside, rolling plains and soft hills. The soil is rich in clayey and chalky soils. Scarce rainfall and extreme temperature differences between day and night contribute to a naturally healthy viticulture, giving low production and concentrated wines, that are rich and complex.

Guillemot-Michel Vire-Clesse Charleston is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.
This cuvée is produced from hundred-year old vines that the great-grandfather planted after he returned from World War I. The family wanted to honor his memory and vinify these vines the same way he did, in old demi-muids.
Charleston is a deep and complex wine that gently express itself in the glass, offering juicy white fruit flavors and a lengthy finish.
Charleston is vinified and aged for one year in demi-muids of over 10 years old. During the following harvest, the wine is racked and placed in vats for another 6 months of aging before bottling.
Fish in white sauce, poultry in creamy sauce, hard cheeses.
