Product Description
Monte Aman Rosado Ribera del Arlanza 2012 is made from 100% Tempranillo.
Destemming, slight maceration, which provides delicate aromas and freshness, then fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 18ºC and 20 ºC.
It has a cherry red color, live, fresh, clean. Very fruity, berries (strawberries, cherries), elegant and surprising. The palate is well balanced and fresh wine in step, with good acidity and is pleasant and enjoyable. It should be served cold, with all types of starters, fish and light meats.

The Monte Amán S.L. bodegas and vineyards are situated in Castrillo Solarana. The municipal district and area belong to the region of Ribera del Arlanza where the tradition of elaborating wine and cultivating vines goes back to Roman times, in the III century, having vestige in the region of Lara and La Sierra de Covarrubias. In the Visigoth times, vineyards were cultivated in Quintanilla de las Viñas, but it is in the 9th and 10th centuries that the viticultural repopulation of Ribera del Arlanza is produced.
Our undertaking begins in 1985, with a constantly expanding grape plantation of 30has, consisting of 95% Tinta del país (Tempranillo) and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.
In 1989 the Barbadillo García family decided to build the industrial premises with modern installations, with the aim of producing quality wines. Later on the age in American oak casks.

Mas Sinen Negre Priorat is made from 38% Garnacha, 22% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Carinena, 16% Syrah
Aged in 90% French, 10% American oak barrels for 12 months.
Maceration for 21 days. ML in stainless steel tanks.
Clarification with white egg and soft filtration.
The wine shows great spice and leather components, some minerality and a lot of ripe red fruits aromas as well.
This wine is certified organic.

"Dark, bright-rimmed ruby. Highly perfumed, mineral- and smoke-accented red and dark fruit preserve, baking spice and floral pastille aromas, along with hints of licorice and black tea. Gently chewy and focused on the palate, offering juicy cherry, blackberry and spicecake flavors that deepen and turn spicier as the wine opens up. Finishes impressively long and sappy, with a lingering floral nuance, well-integrated tannins and a jolt of smoky minerality. Falletto di Bruno Giacosa Barolo is made from 100 percent Nebbiolo.
The 2020 growing season began with an early budbreak following a mild winter with regular rain and above-average temperatures. A steady, well-distributed water supply and temperatures at seasonal averages allowed the vines to move through every phenological phase evenly, and dry conditions kept fungal pressure (oidium and peronospora) firmly under control. The result is a vintage of beautifully balanced, mid-weight Barolo prized for grace, translucence and early appeal.
The fruit comes from the Falletto vineyard in the village of Serralunga d'Alba. In most vintages this is the most approachable of the Giacosa Barolos, showing the estate's sweetly fruited Nebbiolo in classic style.

Reviews:
The depth and beauty of this are so enticing and attractive that you want to drink the whole bottle. It's medium- to full-bodied with cherries, strawberries and white truffles. Juicy and precise, with a real presence and complexity as it opens. Best after 2027, but already gorgeous.
