Salette Floc Gascogne Blanc NV is made from 1/3 of Armagnac and 2/3 Colombard fruit juice
Intense fruity and floral aromas. Round, fresh and fruity in the mouth. Almond, jasmine, roses, honey, black fruit and condiments are characteristic notes.
The alcohol percentage is between 16–18 % vol. After blending, the Floc is kept for 10 months in the cellar of the producer and must be approved by a committee of experts before it can be sold under the appellation Floc de Gascogne.
It is used as an aperitif most often, but also as a dessert drink. It should be consumed while cool, and is suberb on ice.
Brulesecaille Blanc Grande Reserve is made from 75% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% Sauvignon Gris.
Pale yellow color with a green tinge. Elegant bouquet with notes of citrus and grapefruits. Smoky notes or fresh nuts aromas. The House of Trouillard has incredible holdings on the Côtes de Blancs. The vineyard's rating average 94-95, just one of the reasons the Blanc de Blancs has such incredible raciness and elegance. It is a Cuvée of eleven different Crus in the Reims Mountain, the Côtes de Blancs and the Sézannaise region and is the specialty of the house.
Trouillard Blanc de Blancs Brut NV is made of 100% Chardonnay with a green-gold color, characteristic of Chardonnay, and with fine persistent bubbles. This wine has an aroma that jumps out of the glass and is very inviting. On the nose there are seductive scents of warm almond croissant and honey, lightened by some floral notes. Crisp and refreshing in the mouth and lively with a very refined fruitiness and a touch of smokiness typical of wines from the Côtes des Blancs. The elegance and subtlety of the Chardonnay are to be especially appreciated as an aperitif, and nicely accompanies shellfish and fish.
It has become the favorite of those who know Champagne Trouillard.

Domaine de la Salette Estate
This family owned and operated winery has been producing wine since 1971. The estate is located near the town of Condom, in the Armagnac area of southwest France. Current owner Michel Duffour started in 1982 and was joined by his son Nicolas in 2005. They continue the traditional winemaking of the family while using new techniques such as skin contact maceration and cold stabilization. They also make use of enologists from Bordeaux to create their cuvees. They export 80% of the total production.
The Domaine de la Salette Vineyard
The estate measures 32 hectares (79.04 acres) with 30 hectares of white grapes and 2 hectares of red. The soil is clay and limestone based. The average age of the vines is 20 years. The continental climate ensures optimum ripening of the grapes.

The wines from Alsace date back to 589 A.D., but Cremant d’Alsace has more recent beginnings, starting in 1900. Dopff au Moulin (founded in 1574) was the first to produce Cremant d’Alsace in the Method Champenoise style. Cremant d’Alsace received AOC status for sparkling wine in 1976. Two types of Cremant are produced today, resulting in about 2.5 million+ cases of Cremant d’Alsace production annually:
- Cremant d’Alsace, Brut – represents the majority of Cremant d' Alsace production. Uses Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Auxerrois, and Chardonnay.

Extremely dark in the glass, it starts with heavily spiced aromas of vanilla, mocha and walnut cream that balance the rich black cherry and roasted berry fruits. The palate's tannins are immensely grippy yet expertly polished, framing flavors of loam, black olive and graphite.

The Wine
Carnival of Love is Mollydooker's flagship McLaren Vale Shiraz — a bold, richly layered red that has become one of Australia's most sought-after Shiraz bottlings. Grown on the Gateway vineyard and matured in 100% new American oak, it pours a deep, saturated purple and opens with lifted aromas of raspberry, black cherry and a whisper of aniseed spice. The palate is generous and plush, brimming with dark and red fruit, mocha, coconut and plum, all framed by chocolate, sweet spice and the signature Mollydooker fruit weight that carries the wine without ever feeling heavy.
