A beautiful, brilliant color, this wine offers a great aromatic balance with complex and mineral notes, Offering white fruit (peach and pear), citrus (grapefruit and lemon), and a toasty finish with a delicate oak presence. The mouthfeel is rich and complex with a great minerality, freshness, structure, and a good length to the finish.
Pairs with poultry, fish, and shellfish.
The estate has been operated by the Larriaut family since 1890, and Château Camus itself since 1923. Today, it is run by Joris Larriaut who represents the 4th generation.
The family used to practice polyculture, a mixed farming of vines, pear trees, and tobacco plants, but in the 1960s, Jean-Pierre Larriaut decided to convert his gravelly and silico-gravel soils into a single landscape: vineyards. For the reds, he planted Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, and for the whites, Sauvignon and Semillon. Today, the estate spreads over 11 hectares (27 acres).
The gravel and pebble-based soils give birth to a racy red wine with great aromatic power (blackcurrant, cherry, cinnamon) and great aging potential and a dry white wine with lively and crisp aromas of citrus fruit and white flowers.
Bavencoff Meursault Blanc is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.
Meursault shows a green golden color, leaning towards bronze as it ages. Limpid and brilliant, it exhibits silver highlights. The young wine is redolent of toasted almonds and hazelnuts in a floral and mineral (flint) setting. Butter, honey, and citrus fruits are also present. On the palate it is rich and fat with a cheerful and appealing taste of hazelnut.
Aged in French oak barrels (50% new).
Noble and fine-textured fish or meat, blue cheeses and foie gras.
Chateau Crabitey Graves Blanc is made from 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Semillon.
Chateau Crabitey Graves Blanc displays a fine, light yellow color and a nice brilliance. Its nose is fine and complex - even lemony with its pomelo scent - with some smoky notes. In the mouth, the wine is fully developed and complex, with a nice volume as well as a light acidity for the freshness. The finish is long and distinguishes itself by nice and light woody and citrus fruit aromas.
Pairs with bisque, smoked fish, roasted chicken and vegetables with fresh herbs

Grand Veneur Chateauneuf Du Pape Blanc La Fontaine is made from 100% Roussane.
Yellow-gold color. The nose is rich in aromas of citrus fruit, tropical fruit, quince and honey, with a touch of vanilla. On the palate, the same aromas appear together with a fatness combining exotic fruit and vanilla : the wine is rich, generous and elegant, with extraordinary length. "La Fontaine" is often considered to be one of the best Châteauneuf du Pape white, and it is by definition a superb gastronomy wine.
Best between 1 and 8 years.
Review:
"Based on 100% Roussanne brought up in 50% new barrels, the medium gold-hued 2020 Châteauneuf Du Pape La Fontaine Blanc has a rocking bouquet of ripe melon, honeyed pineapple, and toasted bread that carries to a pretty, pure, focused yet still medium to full-bodied white offering beautiful freshness and length. It's going to have over a decade of prime drinking, and I'd give bottles another 6-12 months before opening."

Grand Veneur Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc Le Miocene is made from 60% Clairette, 40% Roussanne
Pale yellow colour with hints of green, aromas of white flowers (may blossom, honeysuckle).
The palate is pleasantly balanced between liveliness and roundness, which brings out characteristics of dried apricot, honey and elderberry. A Châteauneuf du Pape white displaying a great finesse.

Soil type Coming from the single vineyard named “La Fontaine”, the plot is facing north. It is made of clay-sand and limestone. Thanks to the northern orientation, it is always very well aired. This sector allow the Roussane and Clairette to mature in great conditions without losing freshness, which we believe is key point. Winemaking & ageing Whole-bunch pressing. Vinification in stainless-steel tanks. Fermentation temperature controlled at 15°C.

"The 2020 Châteauneuf Du Pape Le Miocène Blanc is the base white from this great estate and it's 60% Clairette and 40% Roussanne brought up in tank. It's a more fresh, crisp, citrus and tart pineapple-driven white that has wonderful purity and freshness as well as texture. It's a great white for readers looking to understand Southern Rhône whites as well as the incredible quality coming out of this estate."

Review:
The 2019 Crabitey is gorgeous. Blackberry, gravel, sage, leather, graphite and lavender build as the 2019 shows off its drive and vibrancy. The aromas and flavors are beautifully delineated. Deceptive in its mid-weight feel, the 2019 impresses with its poise and overall balance. - Antonio Galloni"

"This rich wine is powered by tannins and generous blackberry fruits. It is currently dry, with a firm core. But the wine has weight and will develop well. Drink from 2023. - ROGER VOSS"

The grapes are destemmed and sorted on a table in the cellar. Fermentation in regulated stainless steel tanks at low temperature. Aged on fine lees during three months.
This wine reveals complex aromas of honeysuckle, citrus and pineapple. It’s refreshing and expressive. An excellent depth of fruit as well as a long finish with a nice acidity. To be served at 8°- 10°C with seafood and grilled fish, or as an aperitif.
Review:
"Made from 55% Sauvignon Blanc, 35% Semillon, 10% Muscadelle; aged sur-lie for three months; a beautiful, traditional white Bordeaux with perfect fruit/acid balance and great length."
After a rigorous control of maturity during the summer, harvesting is carried out as soon as the sugar content of the grapes is optimal to allow the most natural winemaking. The harvested grapes are then transported to the winery Le Clos l'Evêque, where they are pressed out immediately on the pneumatic press. After a low temperature static settling for a day, the must is intoned in 500 liter oak barrels in the cellar where they will ferment slowly at low temperatures. Then patiently during the winter the wines will evolve: malolactic fermentation and stirring of the lees will follow one another to give at the end of spring, wines of great finesse.
Review:
"Floral aromas are wrapped in tropical fruit. The mouthfeel is steely; on the edge of lemon, lychee and ground up stone. Plucky acidity: a fine line of a high-wire act, balanced by a clean, pure sense of its terroir."
- The Somm Journal (December 2021), 94 pts
"A touch of chalk surrounds the lemony notes of wheat bran on the nose of this wine. Chalkiness continues on the smooth, textured and slightly creamy palate, which has lemony overtones. Freshness makes for a bright yet smooth finish. - Anne KREBIEHL MW"

Boira' Pinot Grigio is made from certified organically farmed vineyards surrounding the city of Verona.
The wine shows a brilliant straw color with golden reflections. Fresh and floral bouquet with a hint of pears, apricots and bananas blended with intense aromas of acacia flowers. Fresh and inviting on the palate with bright fruit and an easy drinking style with a pleasing hint of almonds in the aftertaste.
The average age of the vines is 25 years old. The vineyards' soils are made of stoney calcareous, rich in minerals and fossils that gives this wine bright aromatics and a refreshing lift on the palate. After a 12-hour skin maceration to obtain enhanced aromas, the wine is fermented in stainless steel. The finished wine is placed in stainless steel holding tanks until bottled. Aged 3-4 months in stainless steel.
Pairs well with seafood dishes.
