Organic Wine

Pierre Olivier Sparkling Rose NV is a value sparkling rosé, made with Tempranillo grapes from around the French/Spanish border (next to the Pyrenees). This is a new Kysela Project.
This wine is aromatized with a very little amount of Raspberry flavor, giving a nice mouthfeel, with an extra aromatic boost.

The bubbles are obtained using the Charmat method, named after Eugene Charmat, where the second fermentation takes places in a large, closed pressurized tank. It is different from the Methode Champanoise as the secondary fermentation doesn't take place in the bottle.

Ricudda IGT Toscana Canaiolo is made from 100% Sangiovese.

Intense ruby red with purple tints. Aromas of flowers and berries accompanied by sweet spices. Fresh and easy to drink, with intense fruity notes.

To be combined with first and second courses based on meat, cold cuts, vegetables and fresh cheeses.

First courses with game, grilled meats, fresh and aged cheeses such as pecorino.

Venancio da Costa Lima Palmela Reserva is made from 100% Castelao (also known as Periquita) 

Intense garnet color, complex nose with touches of ripe fruit, jam and spices, full-bodied flavor and a very balanced finish.

100% Castelao (also known as "Periquita" and "Joao de Santarem". As the most widely-grown red grape variety in Portugal it is still often referred to in Portuguese as Periquita, although that name is legally owned by José Maria da Fonseca in the Setúbal Peninsula outside of Lisbon. It is highly adaptable to different climatic conditions and its remarkable versatility enables winemakers to make a range of wines – from the easy drinking and quaffable reds and rosados to the powerful and intense reds perfectly suited to lengthy cellaring. Castelão comes into its own and is most expressive in the Sétubal Peninsula, where it makes meaty and intense wines with aromas of red berries and blue flowers that marry well with the deft use of oak.

Made from 45 year old vines.

Classic vinification at controlled temperature (25 °C) with prolonged maceration for phenolic extraction. Wine went through malolactic fermentation.

Wine was slightly fitered before bottling to avoid sedimentation in the bottle and to ensure stability.

Maysara 3 Degrees Pinot Noir is 100 percent Pinot Noir

Aged 11 months in neutral French oak barrels

3° (Three Degrees) Pinot Noir is handcrafted by the Momtazi sisters whose differing personalities; combined with elegance, finesse and balance, reflect the dynamic characteristics of the Momtazi Vineyard. The sisters, Tahmiene, Naseem and Hanna, set out to make a pinot that tastes great and has the highest quality fruit all while being affordable for everyone.

Intriguing notes of fresh earth, oak leaves and pepper are woven together in the initial impression. Lifted, verdant tannins give this wine a firm structure for the vintage to showcase its characteristic starry-eyed smile.

Momtazi Vineyard.

A vibrant and snappy pinot that will shine and refresh when paired with curries, spetzatinas and rich stews.

Alain de la Treille Merlot is made from 100 percent Merlot.

Boira' Pinot Grigio is made from certified organically farmed vineyards surrounding the city of Verona.

The wine shows a brilliant straw color with golden reflections. Fresh and floral bouquet with a hint of pears, apricots and bananas blended with intense aromas of acacia flowers. Fresh and inviting on the palate with bright fruit and an easy drinking style with a pleasing hint of almonds in the aftertaste.

The average age of the vines is 25 years old. The vineyards' soils are made of stoney calcareous, rich in minerals and fossils that gives this wine bright aromatics and a refreshing lift on the palate. After a 12-hour skin maceration to obtain enhanced aromas, the wine is fermented in stainless steel. The finished wine is placed in stainless steel holding tanks until bottled. Aged 3-4 months in stainless steel.

Carra Beaujolais-Villages Gamay Noir Non filtré is a new project for 2024.
We wanted a very fruity style of Beaujolais Villages using a good amount of carbonic maceration during the vinification. 

The wine has a very nice ruby red color and a very pure and delicate nose of pure strawberries and cream that is very defined and seductive.
The palate is medium-bodied with crisp tannins, lively red cherry fruit and pleasing weight on the finish.

Excellent with charcuterie (garlic sausage, dry sausage, boudin noir), but also delicious with Coq au vin (Chicken cooked in a red wine sauce).
The wine will also goes well with fresh fruit and a splash of Crémant de Bourgogne for a Burgundian Sangria.

Collier Creek Crafty Fox Merlot is made from 93% Merlot and 7% Teroldego.

Nestled in the heart of the Lodi Appellation, where farmland ran as far as the eye could see, Collier Creek is a place that reminds us of simpler times. Make like a Crafty Fox and fill your den with Merlot that digs into notes of dark fruit and vanilla with a velvet mouthfeel and dry finish.

Collier Creek Front Coach Chardonnay is made from 100 percent Chardonnay.

A first class wine for the price of coach, this stainless steel fermented Chardonnay is driven by notes of pear and citrus, rolling out with a dry, refreshing finish.

Collier Creek Old Press Zinfandel is made from 93% Zinfandel and 7% Petite Sirah.

The ol' press may look different these days, but this Zinfandel is still a classic with notes of dark fruit, baking spice, vanilla and a velvet mouthfeel.

Collier Creek Red Wagon Pinot Noir is made from 100 percent Pinot Noir.

Nestled in the heart of the Lodi Appellation, where farmland ran as far as the eye could see, Collier Creek is a place that reminds us of simpler times. Loaded with notes of red fruit and vanilla, this Red Wagon Pinot Noir pulls in dry with a medium body and velvet mouthfeel.

Sourced from premier California winegrowing regions, Conundrum Red features dark red varietals including Zinfandel, Petite Sirah and Cabernet Sauvignon. It is serious yet lighthearted, complex and approachable. With lavish fruit flavors and baking chocolate, this wine has smooth tannins that provide a distinctive, soft character. Be daring and drink slightly chilled to enhance the fruit profile and enjoy any time of year.

This 100% Cortese white offers fruity aromas intertwined with hints of daisy and acacia flowers. Fresh and elegant on the palate with charming citrus notes.

Green & Social Rueda Organic Verdejo is made from 100 percent Verdejo. 

The launch of green & social is a step forward in pursuit of the sustainability by Cuatro Rayas and the starting point of new environmental initiatives in support of the social economy that the Cooperative launched. Lightweight recycled glass to reduce emissions. Aluminum capsule free of plastics and 100% recyclable. Sugar cane cap with zero carbon footprint.

Green and social Rueda offers a straw yellow color with bright green hues and exhibits fresh, citrus fruit and balsamic aromas that are typical of the Verdejo variety. Its simplicity and purity find a dynamic and seductive path between fresh flavors, finesse, and minerality. It is a fresh and crisp wine.

Landes Caprices d'Anais Rose is made from 50% Merlot + 50% Cabernet Sauvignon

This cuvée was created in 2005 to honor Nicolas's first daughter Anais. Caprice d'Anais means "Anais' Whim".

Color: Pale pink with salmon hues. 
Aromas: quite aromatic nose dominated with floral (linden and elderberry) and fruity (cherry, strawberry and raspberry) notes. 
Flavors: Quite similar to the aromas, with red fruit and floral flavors. The wine is easy to drink with a good fresh and zesty finish.

Great on its own during summer time, it will also pair very well with grilled salmon, salads, roasted chicken or any white meat dish.

Segries Cotes du Rhone Rouge is made from 50% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Cinsault, 10% Carignan

The wine is ripe, rich and round, with black raspberry, white pepper and spice flavors. True Cotes du Rhone in a Bistro style.

Toza Crianza Jumilla is made from 100% Monastrell (Mourvedre). Toza Crianza is a classic example of the Monastrell variety from the Mediterranean region, made from hand harvested old vines and aged 12 months in oak barrels. This Spanish red is rich, toasty, round and velvety.

Nivarius Rioja Tempranillo Blanco is made from 100% Tempranillo Blanco.

"Nivarius" is a Latin term that defines the natural well where the snow was kept all year round. Nivarius wines benefit from altitudes above 700 meters, a northern orientation and the influence of the continental climate that make wines of character, fresh, with natural acidity. They are produced with minimal intervention and respectful of the biodiversity to reflect the expression of the terroir.

100% apple wine. A blend of Golden Delicious and Fuji apples hand-picked in the Shenandoah Valley; aromas and flavors of freshly harvested apples, blossoms and spices. (semisweet)

Alain de la Treille Chinon  is 100 percent Cabernet Franc.

Our Chinon, with its bright intense purple colour, offers complex and mineral aromas and finally red fruits scents like blackcurrant and blueberry.

MAISON ALAIN DE LA TREILLE is located in the heart of Loire Valley since 1885. Vineyards owner and winemaker, ALAIN DE LA TREILLE creates diverse and delicate wines on the most prestigious vineyards: Muscadet, Touraine, Vouvray, Sancerre.
