Rinaldi Barbera d' Asti La Bricca is made from 100% Barbera d'Asti.
"Bricca" means the top part of the hill. (see picture of the vineyards)
The soil is calcareous with tufa layers.
The average age of the vines is 30 years.
Vinification in stainless steel at 30 C° under temperature controlled conditions. There is a 5-6 days maceration period on the skins to extract as much color as possible. After the malolactic fermentation is completed, the wine is aged for about 8 months in new barriques of 225 liters before bottling.
La Bricca is a deep ruby red colored wine with violet hues. The bouquet is vinous and intense with ethereal aromas (typical of the Barbera grape) and scents of ripe fruit and spices. The wine is full bodied with very pleasant silky tannins. Long and harmonious with a good ageing potential.
Food pairing: meat dishes, cheese and charcuterie.
Serving temperature: to appreciate the wine at its best, the bottle should be left at least 24 hours at room temperature and opened 1 hour before serving.
The Rinaldi Estate
The winery is located on the hills of Alto Monferrato, close to Acqui Terme, in the heart of one of the most precious areas of south Piedmont. The family business was founded in 1961 by Oreste Rinaldi. It is run today by his son Andrea and his daughter Paola. The family has been producing wine for 40 years from their vineyards located on a particularly privileged area with a favorable microclimate and a perfect southwestern exposure
The Rinaldi Vineyard
Currently Rinaldi has 20 hectares of vines (49.6 acres), 19hectares owned, 1 hectares rented. Their single vineyard Bricco Cardogno, planted to Moscato, is a vineyard that measures 2.5 hectares (6.75 acres) and was planted 40 years ago by Andrea Rinaldi’s grandfather. It is located 240- 300 m above sea level. The soil type in this vineyard is limestone (tufa). All grapes are hands harvested with extreme care. Quality starts in the vineyard. The single vineyard Bricco Rioglio is planted with Brachetto grapes, limestone based with 15-year-old vines. (Bricco is a tea cup in local dialect).
Wolfberger Cremant d Alsace Rose Brut is 100 % Pinot Noir.
The harvest occurs mid September, usually two weeks before the harvest for still wines, when the grapes offer the best balance. Only the healthiest grapes are hand selected and gathered in small crates.
Vinification: gentle pressing of whole grapes is followed by temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. After bottling, bottle fermentation takes place in cellars at 12°C. A minimum of 15 months bottle aging before disgorging ensures ripeness.
Lovely delicate salmon color with active, small bubbles. Round and full-bodied, this Crémant Rosé displays beautiful watermelon and strawberry aromas cascading in a smooth finish.

Kennedy Point Vineyard makes a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc that captures the essence of the regional fruit. The grapes, grown in the hot, stony soils of the Wairau, produce a wine redolent of fresh cut wild flowers and a full palate of passion fruit, gooseberry and citrus. The grapes are harvested very early in the morning to maintain freshness, the alcoholic fermentation occurs at 14-15°C. When the alcoholic fermentation finishes, one part of the wine is kept on a pump-over programme. Once the wine has been blended it is clarified, then undergoes cold stabilization and then later filtered through soil. On the bottling line it is filtered again through a sterile sheet and a membrane to ensure that it is micro-biologically stable.
Serve with shellfish, fish and sushi.
Barone Cornacchia Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is 90% Montepulciano 10% Sangiovese
Deep ruby red with violet-purple reflections.
Huge, fruity bouquet, black cherry and herb scented.
Lush currant fruit with velvety soft tannins and perfect fruit acid balance. A wine of great harmony and intensity. The finish is long and spicy.
Area of production: Torri di Torano Nuovo Harvest: October– by hand. Vinification: 15 to 18 days maceration on the skins with a daily pumping over of the juice. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at 28-30 °C. Alcohol: 13% by vol.
Grilled or roasted white and red meats, dishes flavored with mushrooms, garlic and rosemary. Excellent with polenta dishes and game.
Wolfberger Cremant d Alsace Brut NV is made with 90 % Pinot Blanc, 10% Pinot Auxerrois.
The production of sparkling wine was already known in Alsace in the early 1900's. The Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée (A.O.C.) Crémant d’Alsace began with an official decree in August 1976.

This large Spumante estate with just over 100 acres of vines produces high-quality Prosecco. The non-vintage Rebuli Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Extra Dry is light-bodied and flowery with plenty of white peach, orange and pineapple notes in its exotic aromatics and flavors. It is off-dry, but most consumers would consider it to be a dry sparkling wine. Drink it over the next 12-18 months.-Robert Parker 90 Points
Rinaldi Busy Bee Asti Spumante is made from 100% Moscato
Straw yellow color, fruity whit hints of apple, peach and mint
Coming from a 30 year old vineyard, planted on limestone soil.
Wine was slightly filtered before bottling.
Rinaldi Moscato d'Asti Bug Juice is made from 100 percent Moscato.
Straw-yellow color. The bouquet is delicate and intense with aromas of fruit (apple, peach) and spices (sage). The palate is sweet and smooth with lingering aromatic persistence. A refreshing and pleasant wine, perfect for brunch, picnics or poolside.
The training system used is Guyot with a density of 2500-3000 vines per hectare Manual harvest into crates. Soft pressing. Settling in steel vats to allow natural clearing of musts. Racking, increase in temperature. Temperature and pressure controlled fermentation until bottling.
Dessert, ideal with hazelnut cake. Original with "strong" cheese such as Robiola of Roccaverano and Gorgonzola.
Finca del Castillo Tempranillo La Mancha is made from 30 year old vine Tempranillo (100%).
This pretty little red has a flavor reminiscent of good Cotes du Rhone. Medium bodied, flavorful; hints of raspberry and strawberry. Shows best with picnic fare and grilled meats. Perfect summer red.
Rinaldi Brachetto d' Acqui is made from 100% Brachetto d'Acqui
The skin gives the wine its particular scent and flavor.
Light ruby red color. The bouquet is musky and delicate with scents of ripe red fruit (strawberry, blackberry) and roses. Sweet and smooth flavors with lingering aromatic persistence. There is a good balance between the sweetness and the freshness, which makes this wine very pleasant.
The training system used is Guyot with a density of 2500-3000 vines per hectare. Manual harvest. Temperature controlled maceration for approximately seven days with mechanic plunging of the cap and pumping over to increase extraction of substances from the skins. This is the most important part of the vinification. Soft pressing.
Coppo Pomorosso Barbera d'Asti Superiore Nizza 2017 is made from 100% Barbera.
Pomorosso can be considered Coppo’s landmark. It’s a cornerstone of Barbera’s history, a wine that played an important role for the international recognition of Coppo. 100% barbera, Pomorosso always respected the most strict rules of production, even way before they were written down for “Nizza docg”. The soil is marine sediment and rich in minerals, which gives the wine finesse, minerality, and longevity.
This is one of those fortunate wines that enjoys special recognition as its own brand, Pomorosso. It's also one of the pioneers of the recently minted Nizza denomination. Coppo has been making Pomorosso since 1984 and has learned a thing or two along the way. The 2017 Nizza Pomorosso is an excellent edition from a vintage that mistreated many of Piedmont's other varieties because of scorching summer heat. However, Barbera loves the heat, and this wine has absorbed every last sunbeam, adding to the wine's inner richness and concentration. Dark fruit, black currant, spice, tobacco and barbecue smoke rise from the bouquet. The aromas are big, but so is the wine's hold and grip on the palate. I taste the heat (this bottle declares a 16% alcohol content), but fresh acidity keeps the wine from feeling too heavy or ripe.

Laird Cabernet Sauvignon Flat Rock Ranch is made from 100 percent Cabernet Sauvignon.
Our Flat Rock Ranch vineyard is located near the north corner of where Yountville Cross Road meets Silverado Trail, on State Lane. This prized, complex fruit from the Yountville Appellation is a result of unique geological and meteorological conditions: volcanic soils similar to the adjacent Stags Leap District, but also display ancient coastal deposits, and sedimentary and alluvial soils that provide beneficial stress for our vines. Marine air currents from San Pablo Bay to the south are caught when they reach the “Yountville Mounts,” providing a natural cooling effect that balances warm, sunny days that ripen the rich tannins of our hallmark Cabernet Sauvignon to elegant distinction.
Tasting Notes: Bold violet-red color introduces a captivating bouquet of blueberries, tea leaf, and vanilla. This full-bodied wine has flavors of cassis, hazelnut and briary undertones with fresh acidity and chewy tannins on the palate.

Ayni Malbec Paraje Altamira is made from 100 percent Malbec.

After a short period of maceration on skins, the grapes are soft pressed. The clear must obtained ferments slowly in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16-17°C. The wine spends a long period of time on the fine lees, with frequent “batonnage”
