Lionel Métaireau is the winemaker of MAISON ALAIN DE LA TREILLE since 2008. He is native of Le Pallet in the Muscadet Vineyard, close to Nantes. Arzuaga Ladera del Norte Ribera del Duero is made from 100% Tempranillo.

The grapes come from organic crops and are harvested from the "Valdesardon" farm, owned by the Arzuaga Navarro family, which is the westernmost vineyard of the Ribera del Duero DO, located at an altitude of 800 meters in the village of Olivares de Duero. Clay-limestone soil on a hillside that will mark the characteristics of the wine.

The wine is of medium high intensity in color, a clear and bright cherry with purple flashes. Georges Cartier Champagne Brut Tradition NV is made from 65% Pinot Meunier, 25% Pinot Noir, and 10% Chardonnay.


This champagne was made to reflect the potential of each grape growing areas of the Champagne region.

The grapes for Georges Cartier Brut Tradition have been carefully selected from the 3 emblematic areas of Champagne. Chardonnay is sourced from the Côte des Blancs, Pinot Noir from Montagne de Reims and Pinot Meunier from the Marne Valley.

Each grape variety brings its own character and specific quality to the wine: Pinot Meunier brings fruit and roundness, Pinot Noir brings character, power, structure and balance, while Chardonnay contributes to the finesse, minerality and elegance of the result wine.

The blend in 2022 will be 70% 2018 vintage and 30% of reserve wines (consisting of 2014, 2015 and 2016 vintages).

It will be RD (meaning "Recently Disgorged") to keep freshness, fruitiness, minerality and elegance.

Ornato Prosecco NV

Ornato Prosecco is made from 100 percent Glera.

Typical crisp and delicate perlage. Pale yellow color. Delicate and fragrant bouquet, with fruity notes of banana and apple and notes of acacia flowers. Fresh and light on the palate with balanced acidity and body harmony with a pleasant dry aftertaste.

Grapes are accurately selected both for area of origin and quality. The soft pressed must is stored in steel tanks for the static cold decanting. The fermentation with selected yeasts is made at a controlled constant temperature and is completed in 8-10 days. The wine is then filtered in steel tanks with the addition of saccharose and selected yeasts for the second fermentation (Martinotti Charmot Method).

Ideal as an aperitif, it is a perfect combination to hors d’oeuvres and delicate first courses.

Trouillard Brut Extra Selection NV (half-bottle)

Selected from 15 different vineyards located in the Marne Valley, in the Aube and the small Mountain of Reims. It  is made of 35% Pinot Noir, 35% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay.
With a light amber color with fine bubbles, full-bodied with a full mixture of white fruits. Dominating taste of hazelnuts and grilled almonds.  This crisp, delicate, fresh, creamy and elegant champagne, with just a touch of yeastiness, is sure to enhance any special occasion or meal.  A very classic and delicate Brut.
